Product Usage Instructions

Step 1: Find the puncture

  • Locate the area on your tubeless tire that has been punctured.
  • It is important to identify the exact spot for an effective repair.

Step 2: Clean the inside of the tire

  • Using a clean cloth or paper towel, wipe the inside of the tire  around the puncture area. Ensure that there is no debris or dirt that could interfere with the repair process.

Step 3: Scuff the puncture zone

  • To improve adhesion, use the included metal tool to scuff the puncture zone. Gently rub the tool against the puncture area to create a rough surface.

Step 4: Select the appropriate plug

  • Choose a plug from the pack that matches the diameter of the puncture hole. The plugs are available in different sizes to accommodate various puncture sizes.

Step 5: Apply the glue

  • Squeeze a small amount of glue onto the puncture area. Make sure to cover the entire hole with a thin layer of glue.

Step 6: Insert the plug

  • Take the selected plug and insert it into the puncture hole.
  • Push it in until only a small portion of the plug remains visible on the outside of the tire.

Step 7: Pull through with metal tool

  • Use the metal tool to pull the plug through the puncture hole.
  • This ensures that the plug is securely in place and provides a tight seal.

Step 8: Firmly press on the backside of the plug

  • Press firmly on the backside of the plug to ensure that all edges are flush with the tire’s surface. This step helps to prevent any air leakage.

Step 9: Cut the excess of the plug

  • Using a sharp cutting tool, carefully cut the protruding part of  the plug flush with the tire’s surface. This gives a clean and neat finish to the repair.
