How to Connect with Smart Gateway Device Fast?

1. Open the application and click “Add Device”.
2. Find the corresponding gateway device in the Gateway Central Control column.
3. Reset the gateway device by pressing the reset button until the indicator light (green light) is continuously on.
4. Click “Confirm” to ensure the two green lights are on, then click “Next”.
5. Make sure the cellphone and gateway are on the same network for the app to connect with the gateway device.
6. Click “Done” when the device is added successfully.

How to Connect to the Switch?

1. Ensure the switch is electrified.
2. Press any switch button for 10 seconds until the WiFi red light flashes rapidly.
3. After the smart Gateway is connected to the app, click “Add subdevice” and then click “LED already blink”.
4. The device will connect automatically, then click “Done” to complete the connection.

Attention: Zigbee Gateway can only be connected to one account. Co-manage by adding more than one family member. Follow these steps to add family members:

1. Click on the bottom right corner “Me”.
2. Click on “Home Management”.
3. Click on the name of the family you have created.
4. Click on “Into my family”.
5. Click on “Add Member” and enter the name and account number of the member.
6. Members can be set as administrators.
7. Click “Save” to add the member successfully.

The application that adds a member will pop up a window asking whether to accept the invitation. Click “Accept” to accept the invitation and go back to the main page “My Home”. Click on the top left corner to switch to the main family name.

5. The ON/OFF button also can be used as a reset button. Long press any key for 4 seconds to reset your smart switch to factory defaults only do this if you are sure you want to erase all your setings.

• Enter the family name and select the room.
• The family was created sucessfully.

The neutral wire is required on the switch according to the following diagram wiring.

1. NeHtral wire.
2. Live wire.
3. The curtain motor connects to L1 L2.

US Curtain Switch.

The neutral wire is required on the switch according to the following diagram wiring.

1. NeHtral wire.

3. The curtain motor connects to L1 L2.

How does the APP connect with a smart gateway device fast?

1. Open the application, click “Add Device”, and find the corresponding gateway device in the “Gateway Central Control” column.
2. Please reset the gateway device, press the reset button for a long time until the indicator light ( green light ) is on continuously.
3. First, click “Confirm the two green lights are on ”, then Click “Next ”, and make sure the cellphone and gateway are in the same network, so the APP can connect with the gateway device .
4. The device is added successfully, click “ Done ”.
