• Product Description
  • The Wireless Pump Pet Water Fountain is designed to provide your pet with a continuous supply of fresh, filtered water.
  • It features a spout, drinking tray, inlet pipe, filter, filter tray, outlet pipe, foam filter, pump, power adapter, power cord, water tank, main body, and base.
• How to Use
  • Soak the filter in a clean bowl for 5-10 minutes, then rinse the filter thoroughly with tap water.
  • Note:
  • The filter must be fully soaked before the fountain is turned on; otherwise, the water may not flow through the filter smoothly and cause spillage.
  • Do not soak the filter in the water tank of the fountain to avoid surface dust.
  • Insert the foam filter into the groove of the water pump. Position the pump according to the bottom slot shape.
  • Note:
  • Please align the recessed part of the pump with the protruding part of the water tank to ensure proper installation.
  • Install the outlet pipe on the pump. Add water to the tank.
  • Note:
  • Fill water into the water tank, ensuring that the water level is between the MAX and MIN marks.
  • Install the water tray, passing the water pipe through the hole of the water tray.
  • Install the soaked filter.
  • Fasten the inlet pipe to the drinking tray, pass the spout through the hole of the drinking tray, and install the drinking tray.
  • Connect the power adapter.
  • Install the water tank with the main body base by aligning the protruding hole of the water tank with the main body base.
  • Note:
  • Do not immerse or soak the main body base in water. If it gets wet, wipe the outer surface dry before continuing to use it.
• How to Clean the Pump
  • Remove the foam filter, pump cover, and impeller cover in sequence.
  • Note: The foam filter affects the water yield significantly, so clean it frequently and replace it when cleaning the pump.
• How to Clean the Inlet Pipe & Spout
  • Pull out the fishtail spout.
  • Remove the impeller using the brush hook.
  • Use a brush to clean the parts with water.
• Care Instructions
  • Replace the filter and foam filter at least once every 2-4 weeks.
  • Clean the pump and fountain at least once every 1 week.

Troubleshooting

If more pets use
the fountain, the saliva content and debris in the water increase,
so clean the water fountain and pump more frequently.
There are black residues in the water tank.| This black stuff is loose- activated carbon from the filter and
is completely harmless for your pet to drink. Rinse the filter in
cold water before placing it in the fountain to prevent this.

• How often should I replace the filter and foam filter?
  • We recommend replacing the filter and foam filter at least once every 2-4 weeks to ensure clean and fresh water for your pet.
• Can I immerse the main body base in water?
  • No, you should not immerse or soak the main body base in water. If it gets wet, wipe the outer surface dry before continuing to use it.
• What is the capacity of the water tank?
  • The water tank has a capacity of 2.5 litres or 84 ounces.

HOW TO USE

1. Soak the filter in a clean bowl for 5-10 minutes, then rinse the filter thoroughly with tap water.
   • Note:
   • The filter must be fully soaked before the fountain is turned on; otherwise, the water may not flow through the filter smoothly and cause spillage.
   • Do not soak the filter in the water tank of the fountain in case of any surface dust.
2. Insert the foam filter into the groove of the water pump. Position the pump according to the bottom slot shape.
   • Note: Please pay attention to aligning the recessed part of the pump with the protruding part of the water tank, otherwise the pump cannot be installed firmly.
3. Install the Outlet Pipe on the pump. Add water to the tank.
   • Note： Fill water into the water tank, and make sure the water level is between the MAX and MIN marks.
4. Install the water tray, and pass the water pipe through the hole of the water tray.
5. Install the soaked filter.
6. Fasten the inlet pipe to the drinking tray, pass the spout through the hole of the drinking tray, and install the drinking tray.
7. Connect the power adapter.
8. Install the water tank with the Main Body Base by aligning the protruding hole of the water tank with the Main Body Base.
   • Note: Do not immerse or soak the main body base in water, when the base gets wet, please wipe the outer surface dry before continuing to use it.

HOW TO CLEAN THE PUMP

1. Remove the foam filter, pump cover and impeller cover in sequence.
   • ( Note: The foam filter affects the water yield very much, so please clean it frequently and replace it in time when cleaning the pump.)
2. Remove the impeller by the brush hook.
3. Use the brush to clean the parts with water.

1. Pull out the fishtail spout.
2. Use the principle of leverage to lift the inlet pipe on the narrow side, and remove the water inlet pipe and fish head spout.
3. Use the brush to clean the parts with water.
