For iPad Pro 11 / iPad Air 10.9 (P11 Plus)

1. Double click/touch the power button to turn on the iPad keyboard case. The RGB backlight will turn on and then turn off automatically after a second.
2. Press the combination keys Fn and C together. The blue wireless indicator will flash, indicating that the keyboard is in pairing mode.
3. Turn on your iPad and go to Settings >> Bluetooth. Search for the “ipad-keyboard” on the list and tap it for connection. The device is connected when the Bluetooth indicator stops flashing.

How to detect the battery level of the keyboard or ensure that the battery level has been successfully charged?

1. If the LED charging indicator lights up in red for a long time, it means that is charging.

2. After the keyboard is successfully connected to the iPad. swipe right on the iPad home screen. The keyboard battery life is subjeted to the bluetooth icon, see jpg 1.

2. iPad Assistive Touch toggle function on.(Setting/Accessibility/Touch/Assistive Touch.)

HOW TO DO IF THE KEYBOARD CAN’T CONNECT TO YOUR IPAD?

1. Make sure a keyboard has already paired via Bluetooth.

2. The Bluetooth keyboard is charged.

3. The Bluetooth keyboard is within 33 feet.

4. Please delete all devices on your iPad Bluetooth list, then restart your iPad Bluetooth and restart the keyboard.

5.  Not compatible with multiple device connections, only supports one by one connection.

6. When the battery is low, the Bluetooth connection may be interrupted.

7. When the keyboard is turned on, if there is no signal input for more than 10 minutes, it will automatically enter sleep mode. At this time, you only need to double-click any button to re-active the keyboard again.
   (do not need to turn on/off the power and reconnected again)

8.  When reconnecting Bluetooth, the touchpad will a slight delay of about 3 seconds, which is normal, because the touchpad needs to retrieve Bluetooth and connect to it.

1. 7 Backlight modes: Press to switch 7 different backlight modes or turn off the RGB backlight

RGB BACKLIGHT

1. 7 Backlight modes: Press to switch 7 different backlight modes or turn off the RGB backlight.

TRACKPAD GESTURE DESCRIPTION

One Finger

• Tap: Press with one finger until it feels a little bit.
• Tap and hold: Press and hold with one finger.
• Open the Dock: Swipe the pointer across the bottom of the screen with one finger.
• Go to the home screen: When the dock appears, swipe the pointer across the bottom of the screen again.
• Open “Notification Center”: Move the pointer to the status icon in the upper left corner of the screen with one finger, then tap or swipe up again with one finger.
• Open “Control Center”: Move the pointer to the status icon in the upper right corner of the screen with one finger, then tap or  swipe up again with one finger.
• Drag: Tap and hold the item, then slide your finger on the touch pad to move it.

Double Fingers

• Auxiliary tap: Move the cursor to the APP icon with one finger, then tap or tap with two fingers to open the APP menu.
• Scroll up or down:
• Swipe up or down with two fingers. Scroll left or right:
• Swipe left or right with two fingers.
• Turn on the Today view: When the home screen or lock screen is visible, swipe right with two fingers.
• Open search from the home screen: Swipe down with two fingers.
• Zoom: Place two fingers close together, spread to zoom in, or pinch to zoom out.

Three Fingers

• Go to the home screen: Swipe up with three fingers
• Open the APP switcher: Swipe up with three fingers, pause and then lift your finger
• Switch between open apps! Swipe right with three fingers, then swipe left or right to switch.

Numeric Key Touchpad

Double click the digital power point: to switch the functions between touchpad / number pad.

Single click: to input Number

Notice

1. The numeric touchpad only can be used for digital input and can not be used as a calculator function.
2. The touchpad only can be working after keyboard connects to you ipad successfully.
3.  If the model you purchased does not have digital numeric pad function, please ignore this part.

KEYBOARD FUNCTION

*How to updating your iPadOS to 14.6 ?
To upgrade your iPadOS to the leatest version:

1. Open your device’s Settings > General > Software Update.
2. Tap Download and Install.*If you see Resume Download, tap that instead

* Be sure that touchpad can be used on your iPad as below steps:

1. After successful connect to Bluetooth, you need to complete below settings: Settings -> General -> Touchpad Tap to Tap / Two-finger assist point (open) Assistive Touch On.
2. . Make sure your iPad Software Version is up to 14.6 or above version (device must support touch).
3. Choose right “Keyboard’ on your iPad General/Keyboard/Keyboards/English (US)/QWERTY
4. Sensitivity setting: Settings General-Touchpad-Trackingspeed  (adjust to appropriate speed)
5. Press combination keys to turn On and Off the touchpad function
6. After successfully turn on the touchpad, when moving the touchpad with your hand you will see a cursor appear on the iPad screen.
7. The shortcut gestures are based on default setting. Kindly refer to our gesture instruction manual.
8. Kindly mind your hands on touchpad when typing, otherwise your cursor may move randomly. You can simply to turn it on or off.
9. When every time to connect the Bluetooth, the touchpad will a slight delay of about 3 seconds, which is normal, because the touchpad needs to retrieve Bluetooth and connect to it.

TROUBLESHOOTING

*You can adjust the cursor tracking speed as one of below settings:

1. Settings/Accessibility/Touch/Assistive: Touch On the bottom of this page, you can adjust tracking sensitivity, cursor will be slower when it’s closer to tortoise, and be more sensitive when it’s close to the rabbit.
2. Settings/General/Trackpad& Mouse: You can adjust tracking sensitivity, cursor will be slower when it’s closer to tortoise and be more sensitive when it’s close to the rabbit.

*How to confirm the keyboard need to be charged?

1. When the low battery indicator(red sign) blinks, please use the included TYPE-C cable with your iPad charger to recharge it. The red indicator stays on during recharging.After the charging completed, the green indicator would light up.
2. If you do not use the keyboard for a long time. Please recharge your keyboard in time (once of two months).

Note : Keep at normal temperature and charge abnormal voltage . If you don’ toes it for long time, you need to charge your keyboard in time( once of two months).

• How to do if those keys “U”, “I”, “O”, “J”, “K” and “L” can not be used normally?

  1. Go to iPad Settings/Accessibility/Touch/Excessive Touch /Mouse Keys, and then turn off the Mouse Keys

* How to press symbol buttons ?
After bluetooth connected well , just press combination Keys : “Shift” and ” any symbol “. For example, “Shift” and ” @ ” then you will get “@” on your iPad.

Why i press A but get a Z
Go to settings / keyboard/ Keyboards/English(US) /QWERTY.

How to change between lowercase and uppercase on the keyboard?

1. The caps lock default function is switch languages. So to type capital letters on the keyboard, please turn off the cap lock default function first.

2.  Go to your iPad settings—Keyboards setting– hard ware keyboard–turn off the toggle of switch languages using caps lock”, then you can change between lowercase and uppercase by press the caps lock key.

* How to do if the space bar doesn’t work?

1. You can try below settings firstly:
   Settings/Accessibility/Keyboards/Full Keyboard Access/Commands/

2. Then change settings for “Space” from “activate” to “Clear”. If it comes back, then you can also turn Off Full Keyboard Access.

3. Once it is cleared, the space bar would work fine.

How to do if some keys don’t work?
Some of the keys do not work, please try to reset the keyboard by pressing and hold the combination key”L+S+Z” for 3s, you’ll see the indicator flash once. It shows the keyboard has been reset. After resetting the keyboard, please pair the keyboard with your iPad again.
If there is delay after you press keys, please kindly check one of

iPad Settings as below:
Settings/Accessibility/Keyboards/Slow Keys Off.
Settings/Accessibility/Keyboards/Slow Keys On 0.1 Seconds.

* If there is repeated characters after you press certain key, please kindly check one of iPad Settings as below:
Settings/Accessibility/Keyboards/Key Repeat On 0.1
Seconds Settings/Accessibility/Keyboards/Key Repeat Off.T

If you have unwanted auto-correction or punctuation, please follow these steps:

1. Open Settings app > General> Keyboard > Hardware Keyboard;
2. Toggle OFF Auto-Capitalization, Auto-Correction, and “.” shortcut (Please refer to the picture below).
