Filling out SCR TAB
To fill out information on SCR TAB, follow these steps:

  1. Open the SCR form.
  2. Navigate to the SCR TAB section.
  3. Enter the required information in the designated fields.

Filling out Form PARTLIST TAB
To fill out the Form PARTLIST TAB, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Form PARTLIST TAB section in the SCR form.
  2. Provide the necessary details in the corresponding fields.

Filling out TIMING PLAN tab for all types of changes
If you need to make any changes except Tool Move, follow these steps:

  1. Locate the TIMING PLAN tab in the SCR form.
  2. Enter the relevant information regarding the timing plan for the changes.

Filling out TIMING PLAN tab for Tool Movement
If you are making Tool Movement changes, follow these steps:

  1. Access the TIMING PLAN tab in the SCR form.
  2. Fill in the details related to the timing plan for Tool Movement.

SCR’s Instructions purpose
The purpose of these instructions is to explain the fill out of Supplier Internal Change Request (SCR) form.

  • Turnaround Times
    Dear supplier, we want to let you know that our standard turnaround time for at all change is 120 days once accepted your request (this means that your request meets YNA’s requirements).
    “Supplier planned implementation date” should be based in our standard turnaround time (for this is 120 days).

  • Critical SCRs
    We do have a critical path for unique circumstances if your request applies to this change type, then you will need to attach buyer approval (e-mail) as part of support documentation.

NOTE: Once the SCR is approved, the PPAP documentation can be submitted for authorization through BEAMs system.

To fill out information on “SCR” TAB

  1. Business Name that is requesting the change.
  2. Correspond to current supplier address International Commercial Terms that comply with the standards established by the
  3. International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and that are used in procurement processes. Include name place.
  4. Correspond to new supplier address where will be manufactured the  Finished Good.
  5. New Incoterm and new name place.
  6. Data of Supplier Contact (Name, title, email, phone)
  7. Supplier own reference to follow the course of change, typically is a  reference number or alphabetical number
  8. Timeframe based on Yazaki’s 120 approval days (mm / dd / yy).
  9. To submit once the SCR is approved, until then you can to submit the

  11. According detailed change request please mark the box corresponding.
  12. Fill in with the vendor address or code.
  13. Explain the reason and impact of the change, it should be clear and precise.Yazaki-83-0033-Supplier-Change-19
  14. Choose all affiliates affected by the change.
  15. Check the box “Yes”, if the change affects electronics or Instrumentation parts, if not mark “No” as response. Check the box “Yes” or “No” to confirm if the component contains “Substances of Concern”
  16. Check the box “yes” if the change is affected by the global data standard of the component used.
  17. Check the box “Yes” or “No” if is yes, provide the Concern number.
  18. Check the box “Yes” or “No” if is yes, provide the quotation as support documentation.
  19. Explain the cost impact.

Fill Out Form “PARTLIST” TAB

  1. Sequential number of the total number of items to submit for the change
  2. Yazaki reference number that identifies the material with which our orders are placed
  3. Reference number used by the supplier to identify their product.
  4. Detail indicating whether the material is a nut, screw, tube, wire, seal, terminal, pvc etc.
  5. Mold number (if applicable)
  6. Indicates the last shipment.

If applicable then provide:

  • New Yazaki reference number that idents the material with which our orders are placed.
  • Reference number used by the supplier to identify their product.
  • New Mold number (if applicable)
  • Provide availability date (Month/Day/Year).
  • Specifies the quantity to cover the demand during the transition to the change.

Fill out “TIMING PLAN” tab for all type of changes, except Tool Move.

  1. Circumstance description e.g. Test data/Qualification Reports, SCR new lead time, SOP, etc.
  2. Include contact name to follow up until its implementation.
  3. Indicates date: Month/Day/Year format.
  4. Add essential notes related with event.
    • Pink color area to be completed by YNA
    • Note: All dates entered must be on Month/Day/Year format.

Fill out “TIMING PLAN” tab for Tool Movement.
