Charging Setup
- Connect the charging dock to a power source with a5V2A power adapter or a USB-A port using the included USB-A to USB-C cable.
- Insert the two magnetic connectors into the USB-C ports on the controllers.
- Place the controllers on the charging dock and the red indicator will turn on to indicate that charging has started.
Note: When using the game console’s USB port for power supply, charging two PS5 controllers simultaneously may result in insufficient power output if the current is less than 2A. It is recommended to use a high-power power adapter for power supply to ensure proper charging of the controllers.
LED Lights Indicator
- Charging Dock Power-Up: Red indicatorlsl will turn blue
- Charging Controllers: Red indicatorlsl and the blue ambient light stay lit
- Controller[sl fully charged: Blue indicatorlsl will remain lit and the ambient light will turn off

Caution
- When the product is fully charged or not in use, the Type-C USB plug should be unplugged.
- Avoid using or storing the product in damp environments.
- To prolong its lifespan, keep the product away from dust and heavy pressure.
- Stop using the product if it has been damaged from improper use such as being submerged in water, dropped, or has electrical performance issues.
- Avoid drying the product with external heating devices such as a microwave.
- In case of damage, send it for repair promptly and do not attempt to disassemble it yourself.
- Keep the product out of reach of children.
