IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE

1. The Peri must always be used with the USB cable provided (as other USB cables are not compatible with this product). Insert only into a 5V/1A power source. You can also use the cable provided with a 5V mains USB adaptor, which must be purchased  separately.
2. The Peri includes a USB cable for desktop use and charging. Plug into your laptop or desktop computer USB port using the USB cable provided. We do not recommend using a mains USB adaptor as this may damage the diffuser. Always use the USB cable supplied. Never keep the unit on charge for longer than 24 hours.
3. The Peri aroma diffuser is not suitable to be charged i a vehicle. Please note: the Peri operates with a 3.7V lithium-ion rechargeable battery, many vehicles operate at 12V, which will damage the diffuser.
4. Place the aroma diffuser on a flat surface. Do not place on loose fabrics that can block air the inlet and prevent the unit from ventilating properly.
5. Always unplug the aroma diffuser from the USB electrical supply when cleaning. If the cable is damaged, it must be replaced with the correct cable provided by the manufacturer or its agent,
6. The aroma diffuser must be kept out of reach from children and pets to avoid risk of injury. Children should be supervised at all times to ensure they do not play with the appliance or ingest the scent pads.
7. The aroma diffuser is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabiliies or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
8. The aroma diffuser must be cleaned after each use and should always be kept clean and dry when not in use.
9. Never attempt to disassemble your aroma diffuser or repair the product, as this wil void your warranty and create a shock hazard. Contact your retailer if your aroma diffuser develops a fault and an internal inspection is required.
10. In case of abnormal observations such as smoke, peculiar smells or noise, stop using the aroma diffuser immediately and contact the retailer from where you purchased it. Never wrap the aroma diffuser or adaptor with cloth or paper as blocking ventilation could increase the risk of fire
11. Always handle the aroma diffuser with care – accidental damage is not covered under the warranty.
12.  Always plug the adaptor into the DC jack before plugging into the USB power point.
13.  Do not immerse the unit in water or other liquids and do not attempt to clean in a dishwasher.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place the diffuser on a firm and flat surface, in upright position. Using the indent, remove the cover carefully as shown.
2.  Place the scent pad into the holder.
3. Add 3.7 drops of your favourite fragrance or essential oil onto the scent pad.
4. Replace the cover as shown. 5. Press the ( ) button to turn on the unit.

Note: Please always place the unit on a flat surface. Do not place upside down as the cover may become dislodged.
BUTTON FUNCTIONS

The aroma diffuser will switch on. The ambient light will switch on and the diffuser will begin to scent.
press Obutton twice
The ambient light will switch off, the diffuser will continue to scent. The power light will indicate the diffuser is stillin use.
press Wbutton three times
’The sroma diffuser will switch off.
CHARGING
The power light will flash quickly to indicate that the unit has low battery and needs to be charged.
If the power light stops flashing this means that the battery is fully discharged.
Plug the cable into the DC Jack before connecting the adaptor to the USB power point. Always use the USB cable supplied.

Note: The unit can still be used while in charging mode for continuous scent.

•  The power light will flash slowly to indicate that the unit is being charged.
• When the unit s fully charged the power light will tur off (charge time is approximately 2.5 hours for full charge)
  Note: The battery life will be affected if the unit is not charged for a long period of time. We recommend you charge the unit at least once every 3 months if the product is not in use.

MAINTENANCE

It is important to clean your Aroma Diffuser periodically in order for safe use.

1. Using the indent, remove the cover carefully as shown.
   Note: The cover can be rinsed under running water but please ensure it is completely dry before the next use.

2. Use a clean swab or cloth to clean the unit.

3. Use a clean swab or cloth to clean the air inlet on the base of the unit.
   Note: the base cannot be cleaned under running water.

Caution: Always switch off the unit and disconnect the cable from the power source before cleaning.
Always keep your aroma diffuser clean and dry when not in use Each individual scent pad can be reused by adding more drops of essential or fragrance oil. We recommend using 1 pad per scent. Each scent pad can be used for up to 8 weeks (if the recommended amount of drops per use has been applied)
Do not oversaturate the scent pad, adding excessive il to the scent pad will affect the amount of times the scent pad can be used. Only 3-7 drops of oilis required per use.
When changing the pad to use a different scent, ensure the scent pad holder s cleaned thoroughly to avoid increased level of scent crossover. Please follow the maintenance steps on the previous page.
Accidental Leakage: In the event of essential or fragrance oil leaking, or being spiltinto the main unit, please follow the steps below to avoid malfunction.

• Switch off the aroma diffuser (if charging unplug from the mains).
• Wipe the surface with a clean swab or cloth.

Unit will not charge| The power cable may not be connected properly| Disconnect the cable and try connecting properly. The power light will flash slowly to indicate charging.
Unit will not switch on| The unit needs to be charged (a flashing light indicates that the unit requires charge)| Plug the USB cable into a 5V/1A power source to charge the unit.
A red light will indicate that the unit is charging.

WARRANTY

This product carries a 12-month warranty for proper use in accordance with this manual against any manufacturing defects. Accidental damage is not covered under the warranty.
The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase. In case of any problems arising during the warranty period, please contact your retailer for maintenance or claims. Proof of purchase will be required, so itis vital that you keep your purchase receipt with this manual safely.
Corrosive oils such as Citronella may cause damage to the unit. This type of damage is not covered under the warranty. This aroma diffuser must be cleaned after each use.

Electrical equipment is a large source of waste and if not properly recycled could have damaging effects on the environment, whereas if it is disposed correctly, the resources could be used again.
Electronic waste needs to be separated from other waste to be recycled properly.
When the Peri Aroma Diffuser reaches the end of its working life, please deposit atan appropriate collection point for recycling of electrical products. You can also recycle used electronics at Household Waste Recycling Centres.
