Note: The port only for signal transmission, so an external power supply must be required to the monitor. For a more stable power supply, it is recommended to use our original DC adapter to power.

Setting Up (Windows10)
Extend Mode /Duplicate Mode/Display Mode
Way1: Set on the device’s Display Settings
A: Verify that your cables are connected properly to the new monitors.
B: Right-click anywhere on your desktop and select Display settings to
open the Display page.
C: Scroll down to Multiple displays, then select an option from the drop-
down list to determine how your desktop will display across your screens. For
the largest work area, select Extend desktop.
Note: If you cannot see the additional monitor(s) listed, click Detect. If does not work, try restarting your computer and do steps again.
Way2: Set via Windows key + P keyboard shortcut
A: Verify that your cables are connected properly to the new monitors.
B: Enter the “Windows” key and “P” keyboard at the same time.
C: select an option from the drop-down list to determine how your desktop
will display across your screens. For the largest work area, select Extend
desktop.
Note: If you cannot see the additional monitor(s) listed, click Detect. If does not work, try restarting your computer and do steps again.
Rotate the Screen
- Verify that your cables are connected properly to the new monitors.
- Right-click anywhere on your desktop and select Display settings to open the Display page.
- Under the “Select and rearrange displays” section, select the monitor that you want to adjust.
- Under the “Scale and layout” section, use the Orientation drop-down menu to select Landscape or Portrait screen.

Brightness: Range from 0 to 100.
Contrast: Range from 0 to 100.
COLOR
Color Temp: Contains three preset color modes (5500, 6500, 9300) and USER
Mode. Only under “USER MODE”, you can adjust the “Red”, “Green”, and “Blue”
color settings.
Red: Range from 0 to 100.
Green: Range from 0 to 100.
Blue: Range from 0 to 100.
HDR: AUTO, Off, 2048.
DISPLAY
You can change the aspect ratio in this section: ‘AUTO’, ‘4:3′ or ’16:9’.

Q:Touchscreen isn't responsive or not working
A: 1. For Computer/Micro-host. Please check the connection firstly. Please use the genuine cables provided. Incorrect connection may arouse touch-function unrespon-sive in most cases. Note: The touch cable must be connected to the computer host instead of a power outlet. 2. If the connection is correct and the touch-function is still unresponsive. Please try another computer. If it failed, please contact us for the replacement of the touch cable. NOTE: For mobile phones, game devices (Nintendo, XBOX, PS4, etc.), the touch-func-tion is unresponsive.
Q: Why the touch function is not respond when the monitor is set as a
second display?
A: Please set the monitor as the main screen. In the extended mode, the touch function can only be used if the monitor is the main screen.
Q: Why there is no touch function with HDMI connection?
A: Be sure to use the USB touch cable to connect the monitor and the computer.
Q: Why does “NO SIGNAL” “NO POWER” appear after connecting the monitor?
