CONNECTING

Connect to laptop with USB Type-C port which supports Thunderbolt3 or above
If your laptop’s usb type c port supports Thunderbolts3 or above, then you can use only one single usb type c to usb type c cable to connect your laptop with this monitor. But in case your laptop’s power is insufficient, we recommend using the extra USB A to USB Type C cable to charge the monitor separately.

Please note:

1. Please use the original cable and 5V/3A adapter we include in the packaging box.
2. If you only use one usb type c to usb type c cable to power the monitor and transmit signal at the same lime, “Power saving mode” will be automatically turned on. Under this mode, if you make any changes, like brighness or volume, then this monitor WILL NOT save these setting during the next restart of the monitor.

Connect mobile phone supporting USB3.1 Protocol with Type-C output function
If your phone’s usb type c port supports USB3.1 or above, then you can use only one single usbtype c to usb type c cable to connect your phone with this monitor. But in case your phone’s power is insufficient, we recommend using the extra USB A to USB Type C cable to charge the monitor separately.

FAQ

• Q: Does this monitor have touch function?
  A: No, this 15.6 inch portable display doesn’t support touch.

• Q: My laptop and monitor are connected with a type c to type c cable, showing “No Signal” , how can I solve it?
  A: CD The usb type c interface needs to support Thunderbolt 3. Please confirm whether your laptop supports Thunderbolt 3. Otherwise your laptop can’t transmit signal via usb c to usb c cable.

2. You need to connect the monitor with the other side of the type c cable

• Q: Colors showed on this monitor is incorrect, how to change it?
  A: The most easy way is to reset the monitor to its default color settings. To do this, please press the “Power” button and select the “Other” settings by using the “-” button. Then you’ll find the “Reset” option and press the “Power” button again to confirm the settings. Alternatively, you can set up the “Brightness”, “Contrast”, “Color Temp” etc. in the OSD menu accordting to your own preference.

• Q: Besides turning on or off the monitor, what’s the function of the “Power” button?
  A: We integrate several functions on the power button:

1.  **OSD Menu:** press the “Power” button once, OSD menu will show up
2.  **Enter/Confirm:** after you make some changes in the OSD menu, you can press the “Power” button to enter or confirm the settings.
3.  **Turn On:** Monitor will be turned on automatically once it’s charged with power. Otherwise you can press the “Power” button for 4 seconds to turn on the monitor.
4.  **Back/Exit:** If you want to go back to the previous selection in the OSD menu, please press the “Power” button for 2 seconds.
5.  **Turn Off:** Press the “Power” button for 4 seconds to turn off the monitor.

• Q: I can’t save the settings I made in the OSD menu, is this normal?
  A: If you connect your device with this monitor with only one single usb type c to usb type c cable, then “Power saving mode” will be automatically turned on and under this mode, no settings will be saved. To save the settings you made, please use the separate usb a to usb type c cable to power the monitor. Once charged with power, “Power saving mode” will be turned off automatically.
