FAQ

Q: My screen’s touch function does not work, how to solve it?
A: First, please make sure all the cables have been connected correctly.

1. If your device has usb type c port which supports thuderbolt3 or above, then please connect this cable to the second Type C port on our monitor which marked with “Type C”.
2. If your device only has HDMI port, please also use the USB A to USB Type C cable to connect to our monitor. Please make sure you connect to the second Type C port on our monitor which marked with “Type C”. Then, please note, if you connect gaming devices like Switch, PS4 or x Box to this monitor, touch function will not work since these gaming devices do not support touch.

Q: My laptop and monitor are connected with a type c to type c cable, showing “No Signal” , how can I solve it?
A:

1. The usb type c interface needs to support Thunderbolt 3. Please confirm whether your laptop supports Thunderbolt 3. Otherwise your laptop can’t transmit signal via usb c to usb c cable.
2. Please check whether the connection method is wrong.
3. You need to connect the monitor with the other side of the type c cable
4. If you have other equipment at home, you can try another device.
5. If the above operation still can not solve the problem, please tell us, we will give you the perfect solution within 12 hours.

Q: The monitor flickers and keeps switching on and off. How to solve it?
A:

1. This phenomenon is insufficient power supply to the monitor. Please connect an external monitor power supply to solve this problem. Please use the power adapter we include in the packaging box.
2. If the above operation still can not solve the problem, please tell us, we will give you the perfect solution within 12 hours.

Q: Besides turning on or off the monitor, what’s the function of the “Power” button?

A: We integrate several functions on the power button:

1. OSD Menu: press the “Power” button once, OSD menu will show up
2. Enter/Confirm: after you make some changes in the OSD menu, you can press the “Power” button to enter or confirm the settings.
3. Turn On: Monitor will be turned on automatically once it’s charged with power. Otherwise you can press the “Power” button for
4. seconds to turn on the monitor.
5. Back/Exit: If you want to go back to the previous selection in the OSD menu, please press the “Power” button for 2 seconds.
6. Turn Off: Press the “Power” button for 4 seconds to turn off the monitor.

Q: I can’t save the settings I made in the OSD menu, is this normal?

A: If you connect your device with this monitor with only one single usb type c to usb type c cable, then “Power saving mode” will be automatically turned on and under this mode, no settings will be saved. To save the settings you made, please use the separate usb a to usb type c cable to power the monitor. Once charged with power, “Power saving mode” will be turned off automatically.

USB 2.0: Connect to mouse or keyboard. If the signal source is HDMI, please make sure you use one usb a to usb type c cable(usb a to your own device and usb type c to the second type c port)

The adjustable kickstand behind this monitor can support the display very well. The maximum opening angle of the kickstand is 90 degrees. It can be put away while not in use, which is very convenient to make the display really portable.

Connect to laptop with USB Type-C port which supports Thunderbolt3 or above

If your laptop’s usb type c port supports Thunderbolts3 or above, then you can use only one single usb type c to usb type c cable to connect your laptop with this monitor. But in case your laptop’s power is insufficient, we recommend using the extra USB A to USB Type C cable to charge the monitor separately.

Please note:

1. Please use the original cable and 5V/3A adapter we include in the packaging box.
2. If you only use one usb type c to usb type c cable to power the monitor and transmit signal at the same lime, “Power saving mode” will be automatically turned on. Under this mode, if you make any changes, like brightness or volume, then this monitor WILL NOT save these setting during the next restart of the monitor.

Connect mobile phone supporting USB3.1 Protocol with Type-C output function

If your phone’s usb type c port supports USB3.1 or above, then you can use only one single usb type c to usb type c cable to connect your phone with this monitor. But in case your phone’s power is insufficient, we recommend using the extra USB A to USB Type C cable to charge the monitor separately.

Please note:

1. Please use the original cable and 5V/3A adapter we include in the packaging box.
2. If you only use one usb type c to usb type c cable to power the monitor and transmit signal at the same time, “Power saving mode” will be automatically turned on. Under this mode, if you make any changes, like brightness or volume, then this monitor WILL NOT save these setting during the

Usage of stand

Connect to Nintendo Switch

Use the USB Type C to USB Type C to transmit signal and use the extra USB A to USB type C cable to charge the monitor separately.
Please note:

1. Please use the original cable and 5V/3A adapter we include in the packaging box.
2. Please note when you connect Switch to this monitor, the touch function will not work since Switch doesn’t support touch function. Not just Switch, all gaming devices like Play Station, Xbox, they do not support touch function either.

Connect to computer with HDMI interface Video/Audio signal

USB A to USB Type C: Power the monitor separately.
USB C to USB Type C (or another USB A to USB Type C): To use the touch function of this monitor.
Standard HDMI to HDMI Cable: Transmit signal.

1. Please use the original cable and 5V/3A adapter we include in the packaging box.
2. Please connect the USB C to USB Type C (or another USB A to USB Type C) to the second USB Type C port(which marked with “Type-C”), otherwise the touch function will not work.

Connect more HDMI devices
