INTENDED USE OF ELECTRIC TOWEL WARMER
The electric towel warmer is designed for drying towels and other textiles.
Important! Although an electric towel warmer is an additional heat source, it
is not intended for use as a room heater. Towel warmers are usually installed
in the bathrooms and showers of residential, public, commercial, and office
premises.
The product is made in accordance with the following requirements:
- Technical conditions (TU U 27.5-38472414-001:2013)
- Directives 2014/30/EU (EMC), 2014/35/EU (LVD), and 2002/95/EC (RoHS) of the European Parliament
- Approved design documentation
- Sanitary and epidemiological conclusion
- Operational safety standards
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The electric towel warmer is made of stainless steel (Plasma Electrolytic Polishing) or coated carbon steel (heat-resistant polymer). The main technical characteristics of the towel warmer:

Important! The surface temperature depends on the ambient temperature and the supply voltage. When these parameters change, the surface temperature of the towel warmer will also change. If the operating voltage is above or below the specified level, you need to install a device to provide a voltage of 230 V.

TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
The factory-packed electric towel warmer is allowed to be transported by any
type of vehicle under the current rules of cargo transportation.
Transportation and storage of the towel warmer under the influence of climatic
conditions must meet the current standards. The towel warmer should be stored
indoors, in the manufacturer’s packaging, at an ambient temperature of -40 °C
to +50 °C and humidity not exceeding 70%. Important! Do not store the towel
warmer near chemicals that can cause corrosion.

Important! Before installing the electric towel warmer, check the parameters of the building’s power supply system. Exceeding the passport operating parameters may cause premature failure of the device. If everything is fine with your power system, it’s time to install the electric towel warmer.
We recommend doing this in the following order:
- mark the position (1) of the female wall fixing (3) (mounting brackets), remembering to take into account the distance to the socket
- make holes of the required diameter (for wall plugs)
- fasten the mounting brackets consistently with mounting screws with a wall plugs (2) without overtightening
- slide the warmer male fixings (4) into the holes in the female wall fixings
- use the hex key to tighten the retaining screws (5), holding the towel warmer male fixings to the female wall fixings, without overtightening
Note: the plastic mounting bracket is monolithic (as pictured above),
while the stainless steel mounting bracket consists of two parts (support cup
and mounting stand).
MODEL WITHOUT CONTROLLER. ON/OFF
To connect the electric towel warmer to the power grid, insert the plug into the socket. At this point, you can turn on the connected device. To turn on a towel warmer not equipped with the controller, press the switch on the bottom of the rack (left or right, depending on the orientation). The power switch will light up. To turn off the device, press the switch once again. The backlight will disappear. Then you can remove the plug from the socket.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR MODEL WITH TOUCH SCREEN CONTROLLER
The NAVIN company produces towel warmers with or without a control unit (touch
screen thermostat). The models equipped with a controller allow to set the
desired temperature, as well as to config the timer function.
To turn on/off the electric towel warmer| short press| When the warmer is
on, the screen lights up. When off, the screen goes blank.

is regulated by briefly pressing the button in 5 °C increments (+30 °C to +60
°C and then
in a circle). The selected temperature mode is applied 5 seconds after the end
of the setting.
Timer settings| press and hold for about 3 seconds| The timer allows you to
set the time of automatic shutdown of the towel warmer (from 1 to 8 hours and
then in a circle) in 1-hour increments. 5 s after the timer setting is
completed, the countdown begins.
Important! When operating in timer mode, the towel warmer works at maximum
power.
Note: although the temperature capabilities of the thermostat reach +60 °C, the heating temperature of the electric towel warmer is limited to +50 ± 5 °C, according to current European standards.
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
- the electric towel warmer must be at least 60 cm from the bathtub, shower, bathroom sink and flammable objects, and at least 60 cm from the floor
- make sure that the electrical socket is grounded
WARNINGS
- do not disassemble the device yourself
- do not fill the device with any liquid and/or other materials
- do not repair the towel warmer yourself
- do not immerse the device or any part of it in a container with liquid
- do not use a damaged power cord or socket
- do not use voltages greater than 250 V and less than 210 V
- do not leave the device turned on without proper supervision
- do not use the electric towel warmer for other purposes
MAINTENANCE
- the device must be disconnected from the power grid before starting maintenance
- wipe the device with a dry or damp cloth (you may use a soap solution)
- do not use abrasive cleaners or aggressive detergents
- shallow scratches can be removed with a polishing paste
- it is important to protect the product from being hit by heavy or sharp objects
- the load on the towel warmer should not exceed five kilograms (5 kg)

The warranty period for the product is 24 months from the date of purchase,
subject to the rules of installation and operation as well as the rules of
transportation. The user should keep this document for presentation at the
time of the complaint. The warranty obligations should be understood as
ensuring that the manufacturer provides the correct work of the product during
the warranty period.
Warning! The manufacturer is not responsible if:
- passport operating parameters were exceeded during device operation
- the design of the product has been changed, or there has been mechanical damage, in particular when attempting to self-repair
- there is no warranty card (this user manual) with the date of sale and the seal of the trade organization

- the manufacturer reserves the right to make changes to the product without specifying them in the user manual
