STEP 1: CONNECT WITH CARPLAY SCREEN
- Turn on the CarPlay screen.
- On your phone, go to the Setting menu > turn on Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and Location Services. Within Bluetooth settings, search for new devices.
- Select NAVC-BHUD_XXXX to initiate the pairing process. If prompted, enter the passcode 0000.
- Follow on-screen instructions to grant the necessary permissions.
- After a few seconds for your CarPlay screen to show the CarPlay/ Android Auto home screen.
STEP 2: CONNECT TO YOUR CAR AUDIO

*Choose an FM frequency with minimal interference from local radio stations. Try a few different frequencies and find one that gives the best audio quality.
CONNECTING WITH CARPLAY SCREEN
- Turn on the CarPlay screen.
- On your phone, go to the Setting menu and make sure Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and Location Services are turned on. Within the Bluetooth settings, there should be an option to “Search for Devices,” “Scan,” or “Pair a New Device.”
- When NAVC-BHUD appears in the list of available devices, tap on it to initiate the pairing process. If prompted, enter the passcode 0000.
- Once the pairing is successful, your phone may display a prompt asking if you want to use CarPlay/Android Auto with your car. Tap “Enable” or “Allow” to proceed. Follow on-screen instructions to grant the necessary permissions (including enabling Siri/Google Assistant) and confirm to use CarPlay.
- Once connected, give it about 30 seconds for your CarPlay screen to show the CarPlay/Android Auto home screen.
HOW TO GET AUDIO
Important
- Ensure volume level on your connecting phone, car audio system and CarPlay screen are turned up.
