Product Usage Instructions

Prepare the Wood

  1. Cut the larger and smaller pieces of wood to 10 inches.
  2. Sand the wood to ensure a smooth surface for staining.

Stain or Paint the Wood
Apply the wood stain or paint of your choice to the prepared wood pieces. Make sure to cover all surfaces evenly. Allow sufficient time for the stain or paint to dry completely.

Transfer and Trace the Template

  1. Apply a thick layer of chalk on the backside of the template.
  2. Tape the template onto the wood, ensuring it is aligned properly.
  3. Trace over the template with a pencil, pressing firmly to transfer the design onto the wood.
  4. Peel off the template carefully.

Engrave the Letters
Use a Ball Engraving Burr from the 16 PC Carving and Engraving Kit to engrave all of the letters into the wood plaque. Follow the traced lines and apply gentle pressure to create clear and precise engravings.

Attach the Small Piece of Wood

  1. Drill pilot holes on both ends of the small piece of wood using a 5/32 drill bit.
  2. Align the small piece of wood at the bottom of the nameplate.
  3. Attach the small piece of wood using wood screws, ensuring a secure connection.
