Making Tea/Coffee
- Fill the boiler with water without exceeding the hole of the safety valve.
- Insert the filter in the boiler.
- Fill the filter with coarsly grounded tea/coffee powder without pressing it and remove the excess powder from the rim of the boiler
- Screw tightly the tea/coffee pot on top of the boiler, but don’t force the handle too much.
- Put the tea/coffee maker on the source of heat; if it is flame, avoid that it sticks out of the boilers edge.
- When the top of the tea/coffee pot is full of tea/coffee, take the tea/coffee maker away from the heat
- The exceeding water that remains in the boiler has the purpose of avoiding overheating and blackening of the steel.
