Product Usage Instructions

Warnings and Attentions:
Warm Tips:

1. In use when a new soldering iron tip is used for the first time when the iron is plugged in, the temperature may reach 400°C or more. Do not use near flammable or explosive gases or objects, and do not touch the metal part of the solder iron to prevent accidents at all times.
2. After use, wipe the tip and cover it with fresh solder. This helps prevent oxidation of the soldering iron tip.
3. To ensure personal safety, disconnect the power cord when the welding is finished.

Operation Instructions
The Steps for Soldering:

1. Clean the soldering parts as well as the iron tip and plug in the power supply.
2. Wet the sponge before use.
3. Set the temperature of the soldering iron to 250°C. After reaching the temperature, add a little bit of tin wire and adjust it to 350°C. Then, you can solder normally.
4. Press the “+” key or “-” key to set the temperature and the adjusted temperature each time is 1 ⁰C, long press for quick up and down. (The set temperature value will be saved and will display this previous temperature in the next time when the machine is turned on again.)
5. When it reaches the set temperature and you’re ready to start soldering. The iron heats up in 15 seconds.
6. Touch the soldering iron tip to the component you want to solder. After about 15 seconds, introduce the solder to the joint area and heated it to flow.

Warm Tips: After use, place the soldering iron on the stand while it cools down sufficiently for safety.

Setting Offset Temperature
Setting offset temperature：

1. Press and hold down the + – key at the same time before plugging in the power supply.
2. Use the + – key to modify the offset temperature. If there is no key press for three seconds, it will automatically save and exit.

How to set the ⁰C / °F Conversion?

1. Plug in the power, in OFF mode.
2. Press the“+” and “-“” key at the same time.
3. Enter the temperature symbol setting. Press the “+” and “-” key to select ℃ or °F .
4. No key is pressed for three seconds, automatically save and exit.

How to Use Desoldering Pump

1. Press the plunger down until you hear a clicked sound.
2. Heat up the solder to be removed until it is melted.
3. Place the tip of the sucker next to the liquid and press the release button.
4. Repeat this process if necessary.

How to Change the Tips

1. Unscrew the iron screw and unplug the cover.
2. Remove the original iron tip.
3. Choose a new iron tip and put it on.
4. Screw it tightly.

The Right Way to Use the Wire Stripper Cutter

1. Press the thread clamp and put the wire in it.
2. Rotate the wire.
3. Strip the wire coat.
4. Solder the electronic wire on the board.
