IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

The following safety precautions should always be followed, to reduce the risk of electric shock, personal injury or fire. It is important to read all of these instructions carefully before using the product, and to save them for future reference or new users.

1. This product must only be used as intended in accordance with the enclosed operating instructions.
2.  Plug off USB plug when not in use, before cleaning or changing accessories.
3.  Keep the appliance and cable away from sources of heat, sharp objects or anything that may  cause damage.
4.  This product has not been designed for use by children.
5.  Do not use outdoors. This appliance has been designed for domestic indoor use only.

ADDITIONAL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS FOR LIGHTING

1. Contains non-replaceable LED bulbs
2. Place the item on a flat, dry, and sturdy surface.
3. Handle product with care; globe may break if subjected to any form of sudden impact.
4. Do not remove the cap on the globe or add anything to the globe. The air space at the top of the globe is necessary in order to allow for the expansion of contents. Breaking the seal on the globe shall void the warranty.
5. To clean product, use a dry cloth. DO NOT submerge in water.
6. DO NOT operate on hot surfaces.
7. This product is intended for personal indoor household use only – DO NOT use outdoors.
8. Keep product out of reach of small children and pets. This item is NOT a toy

CLEAN UP INSTRUCTIONS FOR ACCIDENTAL BREAKAGE: If the globe breaks, it is

not armful if it is handled properly. KMART PTY LTD IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE CAUSED BY PRODUCT BREAKAGE.:

1. Wear rubber gloves during the clean-up process in order to protect skin irritation and to prevent cuts from broken plastic.
2. Carefully pick up and dispose of broken plastic pieces.
3.  Use disposable towels to soak up excess liquid (you can use water to aid in clean up because the liquid is water soluble).
4. Thoroughly clean any products soiled by the liquid.
5. After the liquid has been cleaned up, a commercial cleaning detergent may be used to deep clean the area. Prompt clean-up is key.
6. For carpet, blot up spilled material with an absorbent disposable cloth. Follow cleaning directionsfrom your carpet manufacturer.
7. For floors, wipe up with disposable cloth and clean with normal floor cleaning detergent.

First Aid

1. For ingestion: Seek medical attention.
2. For direct contact to eyes: Flush open eye with a direct stream of water for 15 minutes and then seek medical attention.
3. For direct skin contact: Clean the affected area thoroughly with soap and water. Remove and wash contaminated clothing immediately. If irritation occurs, then seek medical attention

INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLATION

1. Remove all excess packaging before installation.
2. Insert the provided USB cable into the DC socket on the lamp.
3. Insert USB into a suitable USB outlet (e.g. LAPTOP computer, USB socket or USB mains adapter).
