EPR Legal Representation is the power of attorney granted by you to the EPR Service Provider in the EU, in accordance with the EPR environmental policy principle applicable in all jurisdictions, to represent you vis-à-vis third parties in connection with the EPR Services, without Authorized Representation. EPR Legal Representation fee is charged once on a selling partner account level (once per selling partner account) following enrollment in EPR Services on Amazon. Authorized Representation is the natural or legal person or partnership concluded within the scope of the EPR environmental policy principle, that has been appointed by you when you are not established in the respective country, where the products are sold or packaging used, to perform EPR obligations on your behalf under the EPR environmental policy principle.
** Authorized Representation is an annual fee that is applicable and charged only for specific countries and categories. Our EPR service provider will inform you of these categories and countries.
* Authorized Representation fees for Spain are based on maximum 1000kgs of volume of waste generated for packaging and maximum of 500kgs of waste generated for WEEE and Batteries. In case a seller exceeds these thresholds, you will be charged additional Authorized Representation fees depending on the volume of waste.
** Authorized Representation fees for Austria are based on maximum 1500kgs of volume of waste generated for packaging and maximum eco fees of €250 for WEEE and Batteries. In case a seller exceeds these thresholds, you will be charged additional Authorized Representation fees depending on the volume of waste/eco fees paid, as the case may be.- The above fees do not include VAT (if applicable).
- The above fees do not cover the payment of any monetary obligation that is due by you under EPR environmental laws (including, but not limited to, EPR eco-fees contributions or EPR compliance scheme contributions), official fees that Producer Responsibility Organizations (PROs) and authorities charge for certain proceedings (e.g. registration), penalties or interest due to any governmental authority relating to your EPR reporting or payment obligations, notarization costs, courier costs or similar ancillary costs or the cost for preparing or submitting any historical or past-due reporting. EPR eco-fees and regulatory fees paid to the PROs or your service provider are calculated based on your sales volumes.
- Your use of EPR Services on Amazon is subject to the Amazon Services Europe Business Solutions Agreement and the EPR Services on Amazon Online Agreement.
- EPR Services are provided by external EPR Service Providers that Amazon carefully selected for you, and are subject to the terms and conditions of those EPR Service Providers. Amazon does not provide EPR advisory services.
