Product Usage Instructions

Get Ready

Make sure your mobile device is running 105° 9.0 or higher or Android™ 8.0 or higher.

  1. Download the ezykam+ app from the App Store or Google Play.CP-PLUS-CP-Z44R-ezykam-Plus-Wireless-Security-Camera-fig-\(3\)

  2. Register an account on your ezykam+ app. STEP 1

    • Select the country.

    • Enter the email address. STEP2

    • Enter the verification code and create a password

  3. Plug in the ezykam+ Camera to a power source.
    How do I reset my camera?

    • Use the reset pin to press the Reset Button for several seconds until hear the reset beep sound. Camera will be reboot.
      Optional: Insert Miao SD card
  4. Attach the Solar Panel to the camera using the provided Iron Bracket and Screw.

  5. Make sure the camera is in a suitable location with access to sunlight for efficient charging.

  6. Ensure that your smartphone is connected to the internet.

Add Camera

  • Open ezykam+ app, click “+” on the top right corner of the “HOME” page, then select “Specific model to add.”
  • Power on the camera and ensure that the internet is connected to the camera.

• Align the QR code or barcode in the frame and scan it.

To add the camera to your ezykam+ app:

  1. Open the ezykam+ app on your smartphone.
  2. Select “Add Camera” from the app’s main menu.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the camera setup process.

APP will scan the Device, In n”1WOrk & after device will be searched It will register on the cloud. After that device will added successfully.

Status Light Prompt of 4G Camera Tail Line
The status light on the camera’s tail line indicates the network status:

  • 4G mode:
    • Slow flashing: Normal network connection.The4G module Is abnormal or the SIM card Is abnormal, and flashes once every  2s.
    • Fast flashing: No dialing number (no or bad signal), flashes once every 0.5s.
    • Always on: The network is normal.

Make sure you inserted the SIM in correct position during the setup. Check whether there is any Internet connection problem in SIM. If the SIM signal is too weak, Keep the camera in good network area.

cannot connect to your SIM network?

Make sure there should be active Internet plan on SIM card which is inserted on camera.

How many cameras can I control?

CP Plus app can control unlimited number of cameras in unlimited amount of locations. Your router may have a limit of how many cameras can be connected to one router.
