01 IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE AND SAVE FOR FUTURE REFERENCE
DO NOT use with water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality
without adequate disinfection before or after the system. For cold water
(41°F-100°F) only.
Always place and use the water purifier on a horizontal and stable surface.
When moving the unit, drain water out to avoid tilting.
When using an electrical appliance, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and/or injury to persons including the following:
INTENDED USE
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by person responsible for their safety.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
- Use the appliance only for intended household purposes as described in this User Manual.
ELECTRICITY SAFETY
- This appliance must be provided with correct voltage via a professionally installed power socket. Make sure the voltage indicated on the label of the appliance is the same as your local supply.
- DO NOT use the appliance with a damaged cord or plug. Do not use if it is dropped or has visible signs of damage. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons.
- DO NOT let cord hang over the edge of table or countertop, or touch hot surfaces. Do not allow anything to rest on the power cord.
- DO NOT touch or hold the mains plug with wet hands.
- GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS – This appliance must be grounded. In the event of a malfunction or breakdown, grounding will reduce the risk of electric shock by providing a path of least resistance for electric current. This appliance is equipped with a cord having an appli-ance-grounding conductor and a grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an appropriate outlet that is installed and ground-ed in accordance with all local codes and ordinances.
- WARNING – Improper connection of the appliance-grounding conductor can result in a risk of electric shock. Check with a qualified electrician or service representative if you are in doubt whether the appliance is properly grounded. Do not modify the plug provided with the appliance. If it does not fit the outlet, have a proper outlet installed by a qualified technician.
RELATED TO USE
- DO NOT attempt to disassemble, repair, modify or replace any part of the appliance. No user serviceable parts inside. All servicing should be performed by qualified personnel only.
- DO NOT operate the water purifier without the filters installed.
- DO NOT move the water purifier by the power cord.
- DO NOT sit on or place any object on top of the water purifier.
- Filter usage must comply with all state and local laws.
- Always unplug the water purifier before cleaning, making any repairs or servicing, or whenever not in use.

With unit on, press to cycle through water volume 500m1(17oz) > 300m1 (10oz) >
150m1(5oz) > continuous water (up to 1.1 L (37oz)).

Reset| Reset Filter Life
After replacing the filter, hold for 3s until flashes to enter filter reset
mode, then hold for 3s again within 10s to confirm resetting. Once
successfully reset, will turn off.
Flush| Flush System (Filter)
- Press once to start flushing the system stays solid on). Once completed will turn off.
- During flushing, press once again to cancel.
Start| Start/Stop Dispensing Water
With enough filtered water ( off), press once to start dispensing water. Press
once again to manually stop or wait for it to automatically stop at the
selected volume. Empty Filtered Water Tank
Hold for 3s to empty the filtered water tank. During draining, press any
button to cancel.
03 USING WATER PURIFIER
Before First Use
- Locate the water purifier upright on a flat, dry surface away from direct sunlight and grease dirt.
- Empty the filtered water tank for 3 times before first use, after filter replacement or a long period of non-use.
Take the water purifier out and place on A a flat countertop. Install the drip tray.
Open the water tank lid and hold to lift the raw water tank.
Fill the water tank with fresh tap water below the MAX water line.
- To prevent water leaks, follow the steps as instructed on the label to properly install the raw water tank in place.
- DO NOT use the water purifier without the water filter in place.
Place the water tank back. press until it firmly sits on the base without any gap. then close the lid.
Plug in the water purifier. The system auto flushes with on. Wait for to turn off.
After flushing, the water purifier starts filtering water. Wait until water ready ( off).
Place a large container under the nozzle. Hold Start for 3s to drain out all filtered water.
If lights up, discard the retained water and refill the raw water tank. If .not, skip this step.
Repeat emptying for 3 times. Then the water purifier is ready for use.
Dispensing Water
Preconditions:
- Fill the raw water tank with fresh tap water below MAX water line.
- Wait until the filtered water is ready ( off).
Water at Selected Volume
- Press Volume to select 500m1(17oz), 300m1 (10oz), 150m1(5oz), or continuous water (up to 1.1L (37oz)).
- Press Start to start dispensing. The water will stop at the selected volume automatically.
Water at Any Volume
- Press Start to start dispensing.
- Press Start again to stop at desired volume.
Empty Filtered Water Tank
- Hold Start for 3s until a beep is heard to start draining.
- Wait until all filtered water is drained out or press any button to manually stop draining.
Replacing Filters
To ensure proper performance and safety of drinking water, replace the filter when lights up. It is recommended to replace the filter every 12 months, depending on the water quality and frequency of use.
Unplug the water purifier. Remove the raw water tank and open the top cover (no screw in) with force.
Unlock the filter locker and take the old filter out.
Install the new filter and press the locker to secure in place.
Refill the water tank. Place the water tank and top cover back in place.
Hold Reset for 3s until flashes, then hold for 3s again within 10s to confirm. Once successfully reset, will turn off.
Empty the filtered water tank for 3 times as instructed in section “Before First Use”.
04 CARE AND CLEANING
- If the water purifier has been idled for more than 3 days, empty the filtered water tank.
- To keep the water tasting fresh, it is recommended to empty the filtered water tank and flush the system at least once a month.
- If the system is not flushed with beeps after pressing Flush, press Start once to dispense some water, then press Flush to flush the system.
Daily Cleaning
- Empty and clean the drip tray. Wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth to remove any dirt.
- Unplug the water purifier. Take the water tank out. Rinse clean the water tank and filter at the bottom.
- Refill the water tank with fresh tap water below the MAX line. Install the water tank back in place.
Emptying Water
- Hold Start for 3s to empty the filtered water tank. Unplug the water purifier.
- Remove the raw water tank and rinse clean. Refill with fresh tap water below the MAX line. Install all parts back in place.
- Plug in and wait until water ready. Hold Start for 3s to empty the filtered water tank. Repeat for 3 times.
Flushing System
- Press Flush once to start flushing the system. Once completed, will turn off.
- Repeat flushing for 3 times. The waste water will be flushed back into the water tank.
- Discard the retained water and refill the water tank with fresh tap water below the MAX line.
05 TROUBLE-SHOOTING GUIDE
The troubleshooting guide addresses the most common problems. If problems

What to do if water leaks from the bottom of the water tank?
(1)
Take the water filter out from the water tank.
Check if the water tank is properly installed. Press the tank until it firmly sits on the base without any gap. If leakage persists, clean the water filter and valves as instructed below.
(2)
Firmly press against the bottom of the water valve, then unplug the seal ring to release the valve.
(3)
Rinse the water filter and valves to remove any foreign matter.
(4)
Check if the water inlets are clogged by any foreign matter. Clean when necessary.
(5)
Install the valve back from the bottom and reattach the seal ring.
(6)
Install the water filter back.

LED display screen off| Not connected to power| Make sure that the water
purifier is properly connected to a powered outlet.
Auto display off| If no operation is done for 5 minutes after turned on, the
display will turn off automatically. Press any button to wake the display up.
No or low volume of filtered water| Low water in raw water tank| Make
sure that the raw water tank is properly installed in place and filled with
enough water.
Filter to be replaced| Check if the filter is at the end of its service life.
Replace in time when lights up.
Low water temperature| Use the water within the temperature range of
41°F-100°F / 5°C-38°C.
Booster pump does not work| Contact our Customer Support for help.
Voltage mismatch| Make sure that the voltage indicated is the same as your
local supply.
Poor after taste or bad smell from the water| Filter to be replaced|
Check if the filter is at the end of its service life. Replace in time when
lights up.
Water purifier not used for a long period of time| Empty the filtered water
tank and flush the system as instructed in section “Care and Cleaning”.
keeps flashing| Water too low| Water in the raw water tank is too low
for the water purifier to filter water. Lift the water tank, discard the
retained water and refill with new water below the MAX line.
Water tank not lifted for refilling| Lift the water tank, discard the retained
water and refill with new water below the MAX line. Install the water tank
back in place.
Water tank not properly installed| Install the water tank back with the water
tank detector triggered, and press the tank until it firmly sits on the base
without any gap.
Water float gets stuck| Check if the water float moves up after adding enough
water. Rinse or shake to free the water float from stucking.
System not flushed (with beeps) after pressing Flush| Water full in
filtered water tank| When the filtered water tank is full of water, you are
not able to flush the system manually. Press Start once to dispense some
water, then press Flush to flush the system.
TDS remains at 000| Water tank has never been emptied| It is normal that
the IDS remains at 000 for the first time use. Empty the filtered water tank
as instructed in section “Before First Use”.
How to get a replacement fitter| /| Only original filters should be used
to ensure proper performance and safety of drinking water. For a replacement
filter, search for Thereye filter or contact our Customer Support via
email:support@thereyehome.com.
WARRANTY AND SERVICE
Thank you for choosing Thereye Countertop Water Purifier. This product is covered with Thereye product and labor warranty for 12 months from the date of its original purchase.
The warranty will not apply in cases of:
– Accident, misuse, or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel.
– Any unit that has been tampered with or used for commercial purpose.
– Normal wear and tear of wearable parts.
– Use of force, damage caused by external influences.
– Damage caused by non-observance of the User Manual, e.g. connection to an
unsuitable mains supply or non-compliance with the instructions.
– Partially or completely dismantled appliances.
– Defects caused by or resulting from damages from repairs, service, or
alteration to the product or any of its parts that have been performed by a
repair person not authorized.
We can only provide after sales service for products that are sold by Thereye or Thereye authorized retailers and distributors. If you have purchased your unit from a different place, please contact your seller for return and warranty issues.
