IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE AND SAVE FOR FUTURE REFERENCE
When using an electrical appliance, especially when children are present, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:

INTENDED USE

  • This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by person responsible for their safety.
  • Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be done by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
  • Use the appliance only for intended household purposes as described in this User Manual. Not recommended for commercial or industrial use.

ELECTRICITY SAFETY

  • This appliance must be earthed. Only plug the power base into a suitable, earthed power socket. Make sure that the voltage of the power source is the same as that specified on the rating plate.
  • Use with the included power base only.
  • DO NOT operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions, or has been damaged in any manner.
  • DO NOT immerse power cord, plugs, or the device base in water or other liquid or allow moisture to come into contact with these parts.
  • DO NOT let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
  • Always unplug the appliance before cleaning, making any repairs or servicing, or whenever not in use.

RELATED TO USE

  • DO NOT attempt to disassemble, repair, modify or replace any part any part of your product. All servicing should be performed by qualified personnel only. No user serviceable parts inside.
  • DO NOT touch hot surfaces. Use handles.
  • To avoid hazards, never place the appliance on or beside hot surfaces, for example, radiators, stove tops, gas burners or similar.
  • DO NOT use without lid or remove lid during operation, risk of hot liquid splashing or scalding.
  • DO NOT fill jug with more liquid than max level, risk of overflow­ing. Do not use without liquid inside.
  • DO NOT put your fingers or any foreign body in, or touch whisk while in operation.
  • Make sure the bottom of the jug and area underneath the base is dry, especially the connector area, prior to use.
  • Never leave the appliance unattended during operation. Keep all plastic bags away from children.

**Using Your Milk Frother

  1. Choose a desired whisk and assemble it into the jug.
  2. Add chilled milk (between MIN and MAX level) and place lid on. Do not under or overfill.
  3. Press the Power Button to select desire mode. If no operation is done after 3 seconds, the unit will run under the selected mode automatically.
  4. Once completed, the unit automatically turns off. Clean immediately and wipe dry.

Getting Most From Your Milk Frother

  • For optimal milk froth, it is recommended to use fresh whole milk (fat> 3.0%) at refrigerated temperature about 39-42° F (4-6°C). The milk froth volume depends on the kind of milk that is used and its temperature.
  • Prepare coffee and hot chocolate whilst frothing milk. Pour frothed milk promptly to avoid the milk from separating.
  • Milk can heat up to149±9° F (65±5°C), which is the optimal temperature for best flavor and stable milk froth.
  • Clean the jug immediately after each use. Flush and clean the walls using warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive cloth. Then dry with a soft cloth.

Care and Cleaning

  • Clean immediately after each use and before first use. Always make sure the bottom part of the jug is dry before putting it back on the base.
  • DO NOT immerse the jug or the base in water. Do not wash in the dishwasher.
  • Only use non-abrasive cleaning materials to prevent damage to the inner surface.

Hand Wash

  • Wash the silicone ring, lid and whisk in warm soapy water, rinse and dry.
  • Clean the interior with a soft, non-abrasive cloth or sponge and rinse with warm water.

Unwashable Parts

  • Wipe the exterior and power base with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Dry all parts thoroughly and reassemble for next use.

  • Q: My milk frother stops working.
  • A: Make sure the milk frother is connected to a suitable, earthed power socket.
    • Make sure the jug is properly placed on the base and the whisk is properly attached.
    • The inside temperature may be too high. Rinse with cold water to cool down.
    • Wash the jug with caution. Do not allow water to come into contact with control button, connector area, power base or plug.
  • Q: Quality of milk froth not up to standard.
  • A: For optimal milk froth, it is recommended to use fresh whole milk (fat> 3.0%) at refrigerated temperature about 39-42°F (4-6°C).
    • Make sure the jug and whisk are clean.
    • It is not recommended to use special enriched milks, powdered reconstitut­ed milks nor flavoured milks. More tips, please refer to the section “Getting Most From Your Milk Frother”.
  • Q: Milk burnt .
  • A: Make sure the jug and whisk are cleaned immediately after every use.
    • Add milk between MIN and MAX level. Do not use without liquid or less than MIN level.
    • Do not use abrasives, sharp objects to clean the jug. Risk of scratches and harm to the jug coating.
  • Q: Milk overflows.
  • A: Make sure the jug is properly placed on the base and the lid is properly attached while in operation. Do not use without lid or remove lid during operation.
    • Add milk between MIN and MAX level. Do not fill jug with more liquid than MAX level.

Warranty and Service

Thank you for choosing THEREYE Milk Frother. This product is covered with THEREYE product and labor warranty for 12 months from the date of its original purchase.
The warranty will not apply in cases of:

  • Accident, misuse, or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel.
  • Any unit that has been tampered with or used for commercial purpose.
  • Normal wear and tear of wearable parts.
  • Use of force, damage caused by external influences.
  • Damage caused by non-observance of the User Manual, e.g. connection to an unsuitable mains supply or non-compliance with the instructions.
  • Partially or completely dismantled appliances.
  • Defects caused by or resulting from damages from shipping or from repairs, service, or alteration to the product or any of its parts that have been performed by a repair person not authorized.

We can only provide after sales service for products that are sold by authorized retailers and distributors. If you have purchased from a different place, please contact your seller for return and warranty issues.
