2. Lubrication method

The way to check whether you need to add lubricant is to grab the running belt and touch the center of the back of the running belt with your hands as much as possible. 3. Adjusting the tightness of the running belt
All treadmills must be adjusted before leaving the factory and after installation, but after a period of use, there may be slack.such as the user feels pause and slippery when running. When this phenomenon occurs, follow the clockwise direction left and right synchronously adjust the adjusting bolts of the running belt in a half circle. When the running belt is too loose, if your feet step on the running belt, the running belt and the roller will slip. 4. Running belt deviation adjustment
