Warning

Not for use with aggressive dogs. Do not use this product if your dog is prone to aggressive behavior. Aggressive dogs can cause severe injuries to their owners and others. If you are not sure if this product is ight for your dog, please check with your veterinarian or certified trainer.

A collar worn for 00 long or made too fight on the pet’s neck may cause skin damage ranging from redness fo pressure uicers This condiition is commonly known as bed sores.

• Avoid leaving the collar on the dog for more than 8 hours per day.
• When possible reposition the collar on the pef’s neck every 1-2 hours,
• Never connect a lead fo the electronic colior. It will cause excessive pressure on the confacts
• If arash or sore s found, discontinue using the collar until the skin has healed. If the condition persists beyond 48 hours, see your veerinarian.
• This product is not a foy, please keep away from children
• This product is only for use with healthy dogs over é-month old.

1. crarge the Bark Colar USB C Charging Port
   When charging is completed, steadly green light.
   

2. Turn On the Bark Collar Press and hold fhe power button for 2 secs fo fum on the bark collar.
   Note: If there is no operation button for 10 seconds, the device will automatically lock, press and hold the power button for 2 secs to unlock

3. Turn Off the Bark Collar
   Press and hold the power button for 2 secs fo fum off the bark collar.

4. How fo Adjust Sensitivity Level
   Press fhe “M” key, “Dog ICON” lights up. ****Press the “+” key fo increase the sensitivity level. Press the “‘ key to decrease the sensivity level .

How to Adjust shock Leve!

Press the “M key, “SHOCK ICON” lights up, press the “+’ key to increase the shock level, and press the “‘ key fo decrease the shock level.
Note: “1-5” means custom mode, “o” means no shock mode,”A” means aufomatic mode.

How to Find the Best Level for Your Dog

Follow the steps below to find the best Leve:

1. Starting at Level 1 1o see the reaction when the dog barks.
2. Gradually increase the sensifivity and shock levels unfil your dog reliably respond fo the shock.
3. If your dog continues showing no response at Shock Level 3, check the “Fit the Bark Collar'(Page 10).
   If your dog has long or thick hair, installs long contact points, or dog’s hair will need to be frimmed around the contact points, If the “Contact Points”is no contact with the dog’s skin, there will be no static stimulation.

Note: If all of these steps have been taken and the dog continues showing no reaction, see the “How to Use Test Light Tool'(Page 9).

How to se Test Light Too!

1. Press and hold the “M key for 3 secs fo enter fest mode.
2.  Put the test light tool vertically on the 2 confact points, making sure the metal wire has direct confact with the 1op of the 2 points,
3. Shout “WO WO’ aim o the Microphone, the device responds to  the beep and vibration function. The test light will be lit.
4. After the testis completed, press and hold the “M” key for 3 seconds fo exit the fest mode.

Note: For dog with shorfer coats use the 2 contact points and install the conductive siicone caps onfo the contact points fo make if softer, which may be bedtter for your dog’s skin.

Fit the Bark colior

The contact points must have direct confact with the dogs neck skin. Check the tightness of the collar by inserting one finger snugly between the collar and neck.

Q: s the shock safe for my pet?

A:The stafic electricity is safe for your pet. So please feel af ease. fo use the collar. But please do select the appropriate stafi electricity level. And do start from the lowest level and increase. the level gradually until your dog responds

Q: Is the bark collar waterproof?

A:The bark collar is IPXS rainproof, please keep the bark collar away from water.

Troubleshooting

Q: My dog keeps barking and the bark collar doesn’t work.
A: Please check the power of the device is sufficient, make sure the device s fumed on, check the contact points of the collar fit the dog’s skin, and check whether the microphone hole is blocked.

Warranty

1- Year Warranty
The original purchaser for this unit is provided with a 1-YEAR Warranty. The warranty begins on the date of purchase. For the. first year, coverage is provided for both parts and labor on warranty repair services. After the first year, the Limited Life time Waranty covers parts only, and does not cover labor fees and Accessories. Accessories such s straps and batteries are covered for the first year only. Al shipping fees incured, the cost of accessories after the fist year, and labor fees associated with out of warranty repair work are the customers responsibilty.

Not Covered Under Warranty

We DO NOT offer warranty for products that have been bought secondhand or were resold. Issues of replacement and refunds on units purchased in less than 30 days from an authorized dedler must be addressed to the dedler directly.
If the products purchased from an authorized dealer are 30 days affer the date of purchase. please send the units fo us for service and repar. We DO NOT cover the cost of repairs and replacements due fo misuse by the owner or dog, improper mainfenance, and/or lost units. The warranty is void if fhe unit has been altered or on unauthorized person has damaged the unit whie attempting repair work.
Procedure for Repair Work
It the unitis malfunctioning, please refer 1o the “Troubleshooting’ (Page 13) in the manual before sending it back for service. A copy of the sales receipt showing the purchase date may be required before warranty work s inifiated. Please include a brief explanation outlining the problem, and include your name, address, city/state/zip code, daytime phone number, evening phone number, and email address.
