My vacuum has shorter run time than expected

To get the most run time, ensure that the battery is fully charged before use. You can check this by powering on the unit and reading the UI screen or by plugging the unit into the charger. If UI is 100% or all 3 battery LEDs are solidly illuminated when on the charger, the battery is fully charged.
Note: The unit can take up to 3.5 hours to fully charge.

Run time depends heavily on cleaning mode and floor type.
