  • If your XGO2 watch comes with a pre-installed or bundle SIM card, please visit start.myxplora.com for further instructions to activate your SIM card.

XGO2 SIM card specification

  • XGO2 will only work with a Nano SIM card.

  • Install SIM card:

Watch Button

Power / SOS / Return Button

  1. Press and hold for 10 secs to turn the watch on.
  2. If the watch is not paired with the Xplora App, press and hold the button for 10 secs or choose “Power Off” under Setting menu to turn the watch off.
  3. If the watch is paired with the Xplora App, press and hold the button for 5 secs to initiate the SOS function. “Power off” will be under Setting menu.
  4. Short press the button to turn the screen on and off, or to return to the home menu.

Force Shutdown
If the watch is not working, press the Force shutdown button for more than 10 sec to perform a force shutdown, then charge the watch to turn it on.

Charging the Watch

  1. Use only Xplora authorised magnetic charging cable.
  2. Connect the magnetic charger as shown.
  3. Charge for the watch more than 15 minutes from empty before use. Please use an output voltage of DC 5V and a current of 1A.

The Xplora App is available in the Apple and Google App stores. Search “Xplora” to find the App.
NOTE: Please ensure that you download the correct App for your Xplora watch.

Activation procedure for XGO2

  1. Ensure the SIM has sufficient voice and data allowance.
  2. If necessary, charge the watch.
  3. Open Xplora App and create your guardian account if using for the first time.
  4. From the watch, click “QR code” menu in Setting menu.
  5. From the App, scan the QR code shown on the watch screen.
  6. Provide your child’s profile information as well as the phone number of the watch.
  7. Follow the instructions to complete the activation on the App.

Correct disposal of this product

  • It complies with the RF standards when used next to mouth at distance of 10mm and properly worn on the body. The highest SAR value reported for this device type when tested next to the mouth is 0.832W/kg (legal limit: 2.0W/kg (10g)) and when properly worn on the body is 3.589W/kg (legal limit: 4.0W/kg (10g)).

  • The SAR limit of USA (FCC) is 4 W/kg averaged over one gram of tissue.
  • XGO2 (FCC ID: 2AVMJ-XGO2) has also been tested against this SAR limit. The highest SAR value reported under this standard during product certification for use at the mouth is 0.72 W/kg and when properly worn on the body is 2 W/kg.
  • This device was tested for typical body-worn operations with the back of the handset kept 0mm from the body. To maintain compliance with FCC RF exposure requirements, use accessories that maintain a 0mm separation distance between the user’s body and the back of the handset.
  • The use of belt clips, holsters and similar accessories should not contain metallic components in its assembly. The use of accessories that do not satisfy these requirements may not comply with FCC RF exposure requirements, and should be avoided.
