Intended Use
This Attenti Electronic Monitoring device is part of an electronic monitoring system, which performs data transfer using cellular network to a monitoring platform. This device has not been tested for and is not intended for use on airplanes, in hazardous environments, in healthcare facilities, or where cellular phones or other intentional transmitters are restricted.

  • Do not unplug the AC/DC adapter by the power cord. Handle the adapter by the body only.
  • Do not attempt to charge the device using an outdoor outlet. Only use the AC/DC adapter indoors.
  • Do not expose the power adapter to rain, steam, or wet conditions.
  • Do not submerge the device, or hold the device under running water, while it is charging.

NOTICE: Only authorized personnel can turn off or remove the device.

  • Do not intentionally open or damage the device.
  • Ensure the storage temperature of the device is within the range as specified in the device manual.
  • Do not attempt to access or replace the battery. The battery is not user-replaceable. The device shall be opened by Attenti authorized service only.
  • Do not use the device outside of the specified operation temperature range.

CAUTION
To reduce the risks associated with hot surfaces:

  • Do not touch the thermal pads on the device or charger if charging is interrupted.
  • Do not charge the device in temperatures above 45°C.

  • If the user reports pain, numbness or other symptom over the expected area of contact with the electronic monitoring device, a medical opinion is recommended prior to installation.
  • If the user reports concerns about an underlying medical condition that could be exacerbated by use of the electronic monitoring device, a medical opinion is recommended prior to installation of device.
  • If, during use, the user experiences skin changes or symptoms in the area in contact with the electronic monitoring device, the user should immediately contact their agency representative.

Cancer Patients that have been treated with Radiotherapy:

  • Avoid installing the electronic monitoring device in the presence of radiation-induced skin changes (such as ulcers, open wounds, blisters, desquamation, erythema, hyperpigmentation) over the expected area of contact with the electronic monitoring device. Otherwise, there is no currently available evidence the use of the electronic monitoring device is contraindicated in cancer patients that have been treated with Radiotherapy.

Pregnant women:

  • Avoid installing the electronic monitoring device in the presence of ulcers, open wounds, blisters, swelling or skin infection over the expected area of contact with the electronic monitoring device. Otherwise, there is no currently available evidence the use of the electronic monitoring device is contraindicated in pregnant women.

Introduction

The attentifusionTracker 200 is a portable device designed specifically to monitor offenders participating in GNSS tracking programs. The system integrates tracking, communication, and mapping technologies that enable operators to efficiently track offendersat varying levels of intensity. Each monitored offender is assigned a tracking unit that continuously gathers location data in real-time. The Tracker 200 stores and processes the location data and communicates with the monitoring center to report the whereabouts of the offender or alert in the event of a violation. The offender is assigned a Bracelet 100 device that is physically attached to their body. The Bracelet 100 sends periodic signals that enable the Tracker 200 to determine that the offender is in close proximity

Operating the Tracker 200

Several basic functions are designed for your use when participating in monitoring programs. The Tracker 200 includes an LCD and a five-button keypad for navigating the device’s menu-driven interface.

To navigate the Tracker 200’s interface:

  • Press and to scroll through menu options.
  • Press to select the highlighted option.
  • Press to navigate back to the previous menu.
  • Press to return to the Menu screen.

Charging the Unit

Violation Icons

When violation events occur, violation icons are displayed at the top of the screen on a red background until the condition has been resolved.

The following violation icons are displayed:

  • Inclusion Zone Violation
    This icon is displayed when you are not in the inclusion zone when required to be present. After notification is received, you should return to the inclusion zone immediately.

  • Exclusion Zone Violation
    This icon is displayed when you enter an exclusion zone. After notification is received, you should move away from the restricted area until the icon disappears.

  • Low Battery Violation
    You are required to charge the device regularly. If the device’s battery depletes to the level defined as “Low Battery”, connect the device to its charger as soon as possible.

Acknowledging Received Messages
To acknowledge a message:

  • Press .
    The message is cleared from the display.

Phone Calls
The Tracker 200 can operate like a cellular phone allowing you to make and receive phone calls.

Outgoing Calls
The Tracker 200 enables you to make calls to a list of pre-defined phone numbers.

To make a call:

  1. On the Menu screen, scroll to Contacts and press . The Contacts screen is displayed.
  2. On the Contacts screen, scroll to the contact you want to call and press .
  3. At the end of the call press to disconnect.

Incoming Calls
The Tracker 200 can receive incoming calls. When there is an incoming call, the Tracker 200 rings and displays a message.

To answer an incoming call:

  1. When the Tracker 200 rings, press .
  2. At the end of the call press to disconnect.
General Rules for the Offender

The following are general tracker 200 monitoring program rules for the offender:

  • Always keep the tracking unit with you.
  • Whenever the tracking unit vibrates, beeps, or sounds tones, you must read the message displayed in the display screen.
  • Whenever you receive a message and are instructed to perform a task, you must comply.
  • Whenever you receive a message, you must acknowledge the message.
  • Never attempt to open the tracking unit.
  • Never attempt to open the bracelet strap clip.
  • Never attempt to cut or break the bracelet strap.
  • Never leave the designated curfew site during the curfew time frame.
  • Never attempt to tamper with the tracking unit. Tamper attempts will be reported to the monitoring center and will be considered a violation of your program.
