POWER ON/ POWER OFF

Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on/off the headphones.
NOTE: When the headphones are power off, noise cancellation is disabled.

Power saving mode
If the headphones are turned on for 10 minutes without Bluetooth connection and ANC is not turned on, the headphones will automatically shut down.

Bluetooth Pairing

  • Turn on the headphones and automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth of your phone, and select “A999” for pairing.
  • You will hear “connected” after successfully paired. If the connection fails, please retry the above steps.
  • The headphones will automatically connect to the last connected device.

Connect to two mobile phones via Bluetooth

  • Connect the headphones with phone 1, then turn off the headphones and the Bluetooth of phone 1.
  • Turn on the headphones and make them enter pairing mode.
  • Connect the headphones with phone 2.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth of phone 1, and select “A999” in the Bluetooth list.

Switch between two connected mobile devices

  • Pause audio on your fi PSI: mobile device.
  • Play audio on your second mDbik! device.

NOTE: YOY r headphones receive phone calls from both devices, regardless of which device is playing audio.

Clear the two phone device list

  • Power on your headphones press and hold 11,e Volume+ and Volume – for 3 seconds until turn off 1he headphones.
  • Delete A999 from 1he Bluetooth list on your mobile device.
  • All de\lia!S are desired and you can follow Bluetooth Pairing to reconnect 1he device.

EQ Mode:

  • Natural (default)
  • Rock

Volume+/ Volume-
Press and hold Volume+/ Volume- to increase or decrease the volume.
Note : To prevent sudden and drastic changes in volume, each prolonged press of the volume +/- buttons will only adjust the volume by one level at a time.

Voice assistant
You can use the headphones to access voice control on your mobile device. To access voice control, triple-press the button.

Line-in music play
Use the standard 3.5mm audio cable to connect the headphones with your mobile phone and computer to play music.

ANC On/Off
Slide the ANC switch to turn on or off the ANC function, you will hear ‘ANC ON” or ‘ANC OFF.’

ANC Mode Switching (ANC on)
Press and hold the Power Button 1.5 seconds, you will hear “High”, “Medium”, “Low” to validate the selected ANC level.
Note: If press and hold the power button for up to 3 seconds, the headphones will turn off.

Headphones charging

  • Please use the included Type-C charging cable to charge the battery, or it may damage the headphones or can not be charged, the headphones automatically turns off when charging.
  • Charge: The red light is always on; full charge: the light off.
  • If using a USB wall charger, the output requires DC 5V = 1A.

Warning: Do not put the battery into the fire as this may cause an explosion.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

If the headphones are malfunctioning and you can’t hear the sound

  • Confirm that the headphones are working.
  • Verify that the volume level of the headphones are appropriate.
  • Confirm that the headphones are properly connected to the phone.
  • Confirm that the headphones are in the normal operating range.

When the headphones does not work well for calls

  • Check that the phone is in an area with a strong signal.
  • Please ensure that the headphones are within the effective use distance of 10 metres and that there are no obstructions between the headphones and the phone.

If the headphones work abnormally, please reset the headphones as follows.

  • Turn off and restart the headphones.
  • If the headphones cannot be turned off, please charge the headphones to force them to turn off, after the headphones are turned off, disconnect the power supply to stop charging, and then turn it on again.

PRECAUTIONS FOR USING HEADPHONES

  • Do not keep listening at a relatively high volume, If tinnitus and hearing loss occur, please lower the volume or stop using it.

  • Do not use headphones to listen to music, or make or answer calls while driving, with respect to avoid danger caused by distraction.

  • Please ensure that products with lithium batteries are charged at least once every three months even if they are not used for a long period of time.

  • Maintenance for the earmuffs: wet a towel with shower gel or hand soap, rub out bubbles to wipe the surface of the earmuffs, then wash the towel and wipe twice and dry.

  • Keep the product dry and do not leave it in a damp place as this may affect the internal.

  • Do not leave the product in the sun or in places with high temperatures.
    High temperatures can shorten the lifespan of electronic components, damage batteries and deform some plastic parts.

  • Do not keep the product in an excessively cold place as this may damage the internal circuit boards.

  • Do not attempt to take the product apart. The product may be damaged by unprofessional personnel.

  • Do not use strong chemicals or cleaning agents to clean your headphones.

  • Do not drop, vibrate strongly or hit the product with a hard object as this may damage the internal circuitry.
