Product Usage Instructions
Step 1: Preparing the Vehicle
- Ensure that your vehicle has flush railings.
- Clean the roof surface where the rack will be installed.
Step 2: Assembling the Kit Components
- Open the kit and gather all the components.
- Refer to the instruction manual for proper assembly of the kit components.
Step 3: Installing the Foot Pack
- Place the footpack on the roof, aligning it with the flush railings.
- Tighten the foot pack using the provided screws and a torque wrench with 4 Nm of torque.
Step 4: Attaching the Bars
- Attach the bars to the footpack, following the instructions provided.
- Tighten the bars securely using the provided screws and torque wrench with 6 Nm of torque.
Step 5: Load Capacity and Speed Limits
The maximum load capacity for this rack is 75 kg (165 lbs). Do not exceed this
weight limit. The maximum driving speed with the rack installed is 130 km/h
(80 mph). For safety reasons, it is recommended to drive at a maximum speed of
80 km/h (50 mph) when the rack is loaded.
