**** Safety Caution
BEFORE ASSEMBLY
- Please confirm whether all the accessories are included. If accessories are found to be missing or broken, please take pictures and contact the customer service center.
- Before installation, please read and understand the correct installation method for the product described in this manual.
WARNING
- This product contains small parts that may cause choking in children under the age of 3. Therefore, please ensure that children are kept away from these small parts. Adult supervision is required.
- Improper installation, such as using the product on a monitor that exceeds its load capacity or for any purpose not expressly specified, may result in damage or serious injury. Damage resulting from incorrect or improper use, installation, maintenance, or repair is not covered by the warranty. We are also not responsible for any consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
CAUTION AND MAINTENANCE
- Children are strictly prohibited from climbing, standing, hanging from the monitor or stand or playing on any part of the monitor or stand.
- This product is for indoor use only. When used outdoors this product may malfunction or cause personal injury.
- Check the monitor arm regularly (at least every three months) for firmness and safety.

Base Installation
Option A: Clamp Installation

Unscrew the screws on the base (C) and remove the plastic cover; then instal
the USB cable; ater installing the USB cable, cover the plasticcover and
tighten the screws. Fnall, instalthe bracket (E) o the base (O) with 2 4mm
Allen wrench (K) and Allen screw (H)

Use the quick clamp (D) to secure the base (C) to the table. 
Option B: Grommet Installation

Option 1 No nesd toinstall a USB cable
Install the carriage bolt (1) to the base (C).
Option (2) US cable nsatation required (USB cabl not
provided)
Unscrew the screw on the base (c) and remove the plastic cover;then instalthe
US cable afterinstaling the USB cable, cover the plastc cover and tightan the
screw. Finally, instal the carriage bot (0 to the base(C).

Secure the base (C) to the table using the top plate (L) and the butterfly nut
(J.) 
Monitor Arm Installation
Attach thelower arm (B) and the upper arm (A) to the base C. Use o 3mm Allem
wrench (K) o tighten the screws at the connections to secure the monitor arm.
Note: Do not over-tighten the screws or they might be stripped.

Note: Please do ot ver tghten thescrews,othewise the monitor may be amaged.
- Install the top two screws first, leaving 3-5mm space.
- Then install the monitor to the panel.
- Install the bottom two screws, and then tighten all (four) screws.
Note: Be careful not to drop the monitor.
Adjustment (if necessary)
Tilt angle adjustment
- Loosen the hexagonal screw.
- Adjust the monitor to the tilt angle you expect
- Retighten the hexagonal screw to fix the desired angle.
Gas Spring Adjustment
‘The gas spring has a preset loading range of 2-9 kg. You can use a Smm
hexagonal wrench (K) to adjust the gas spring according to the actual weight
of the mnitor:
Note: Be
sure to keep the monitor arm in a horizontal postion at allimes during the
adjustment process. 
Situation 1: Monitor arm falls down
Solution: Turn the screw counterclockwise to increase the force of the
monitor arm
Situation 2: Monitor arm raises up
Solution: Turn the screw clockwise to reduce the force of the monitor
arm.
Cable Management
Pull doun the monitor arm cable cover by hand, put the cables through theupper
and lower arm cable covers 1 respectively, and straighten the cables
Adjust and rotate the monitor to the
right position
Note:
To ensure the stability of the monitor arm, the tightness of the rotation axis
i pre-set.
Therefore, the VESA panel is difficult to rotate.
Suggestion:
Please install the monitor on the VESA panel first, hold both sides of the
monitor with both hands and then rotate it firmly. If it still cannot be
rotated, please contact thecustomer service center .
