User Manual
Product Introduction
This Tuya SOS button, adopts Bluetooth and WiFi connection, remote monitored by APP, which can detect trigger signals from the button accurately and clearly.
Product Function Features
- Bluetooth and WIFI wireless connection.
- It can configure the corresponding receiving host via RF wireless transmission. (It will send the wireless signalto the pairing host, when triggering happens.)
- The button providesinstant feedback of operations to App via network.
APP Operation and Monitoring
Scan the QR as below, or search TuyaSmart on APP Store or Google Play, download and install the APP.

Note
When the first time open Tuya Smart, please permit access permissions Tuya
Smart app requested, and make sure the 2.4GHz WIFI works.
Registration
Please register an account, if it’s your first time to use the APP.
Network Configuration
- Turn on Bluetooth and connect your mobile to the WiFi router.
- Long press [RESET] on the back of the SOS button with phone sim card needle. The LED indicator rapidly blinks means it enters the status of WiFi configuration.
- Enter [Home] page of Tuya APP and tap on [Add Device] or [+].
- Tap on [Add] after the device is automatically discovered.
- Tap on [Next].
- Wait for a successful connection and tap on [Done].
- Device added successfully.
Device Details
Tap on on the device page, you could set the followings.
Device name: Check the device or rename the device;
Offline Notification: Turn on and the APP will push notifications when
the device is offline;
Share Device: Share the device with users who need to view the device
status;
Create Group: Devices in the same group can be controlled together;
FAQ & Feedback: You can feedback your operating habits and some questions
to us, and we will make some modifications according to your suggestions;
Add to Home Screen: Add the device to the phone home page;
Check Device Network: Check the network signal when the device was last
uploaded;
Device update: Check the firmware version of the device;
Remove device: If you do not need to see this device, you can remove the
device.
Low battery indication
The device will enter semi-dormant status when low battery, LED indicator blinks 4 times every 60 seconds, means You need to recharge the battery, the APP will receive an indication too.
