Please read this manual carefully before using the product, and keep it in a safe place for future reference.

Introduction

Eye massager adopters air pressure massage, hot compress massaging, and frequency conversion vibration technology. It rubs, presses, hot compresses, and massages the ocular region to relax it, help the internal tissues of the eye speed up blood circulation, exercise ciliary muscle regulation function, and enliven eye skin, release visual pressure, care for the eye vision. Yan can enjoy the soothing music while massaging to completely relax your brain.

Cation, Safety and Warning

Warning
Please read the instruction for use carefully and operate accordingly.

1. Children under 7 years old cannot use the massager.
2. This massager should not be used by people who suffer from brain disease, eye disease, or another physical or mental disorder.
3. For patients with deep stroke, hypertension and hypoglycemia, please use with caution and follow the doctor’s guidance. If you feel uncomfortable during use, please stop using.
4. Use with caution for patients with severe slowness of action, physical and mental dysfunction or discomfort, or with mental disabilities. Please listen to the doctor’s guidance and stop using if you feel discomfort during use.
5. Please do not use with other massage apparatus or external dressing.
6. Take off contact lenses/eye glasses before use.
7. Put on / wear the unit first BEFORE turning the power on.
8. Do not use while walking or driving.
9. Keep your eyes closed for a few seconds after use, then open them slowly.
10. Keep the massager away from humidity, heat, and/or corrosive gas.
11. If the massager will not be used for a long time, remove the batteries to avoid battery leakage.
12. This massager is designed as a personal care product. It is not for diagnosis/treatment of any health disorder, nor meant for commercial use.
13. To clean, wipe with aseptic cotton and alcohol. Do not wash or immerse in water.

Note: The massager should be stored in a room without strong sunlight.

Power Charger

1. Connect the charging socket and power supply of the host using a Type-C port.
2. During the charging process, the red light keeps on, indicating that the battery is being charged.
3. A single charge lasts about 3-5 hours.
4. When charging is complete, the red light off and the blue light indicates that charging is complete.

Note:

1. In order to ensure personal safety, the product cannot be used for massage and other work while charging.
2. In order to ensure personal safety, do not wear it on the human body or in the packaging box when charging. Please place it on a clean table or in a clean space to ensure ventilation and heat dissipation.

Low Voltage prompt

In the normal use of the massager, when the battery is too low, it will indicate that the battery is too low, and then enter the shutdown state, please charge in time to ensure normal operation.

Operation

1. Long press this button: long press about 3 seconds to turn on the massager or turn off it.
2. Short press this button: enter switch mode(default).

Notes:
In each working mode, the massager automatically shuts down after working for 15 minutes by default. When you change the working mode during the working process and the massager redefine the working time as 15 minutes.

3. Double-click function: Double-click the button quickly to turn on/off the background music.
4. Three-click function temperature adjustment mode.

1. After after three consecutive clicks: voice broadcast ” high temperature”.
2. After after three consecutive clicks: voice broadcast ” medium temperature”.
3. After after three consecutive clicks: voice broadcast ” low temperature”.
4. Four-click function click four times, about 0.5 seconds of beep, indicating that the volume adjustment mode is entered
   1. Then press and hold the button for 2 seconds to start the volume increase, and the beep will become longer when it reachs the maximum volume;
   2. Then press and hold the button for 2 seconds to start treducing the volume. After reaching the minimum volume, the beep will become longer.

Bluetooth Connectivity

Bluetooth music is enabled by default. When you use it for the first time, you need to connect Bluetooth on the mobile terminal. When the mobile terminal shows that the Bluetooth connection is successful, the music can be played. Bluetooth connection operation method:

1. Enable the mobile terminal for Bluetooth pairing.
2. Search for Bluetooth name: care my eye
3. Enable the Bluetooth connection.

Clean and Disinfection

Clean

Clean the shell with a soft dry cloth at least every other month. Do not use any abrasive or volatile to clean the massager.

Disinfection

Clean the massager with medical gauze in 75% medical alcohol to wipe the skin contact for disinfection, dry thoroughly and then store or for taking a measurement.

MainTenance, Repair

1. When it is not in use, please keep the massager and its accessories in the packing box. If you do not use the massager for a long time, please charger the battery for 2 hours each month.

2. In order to ensure the Massager performance and service life, do not store your massager and other components:
   a) If your massager and other components are wet.
   b) In locations exposed to extreme temperatures, humidity, direct sunlight, duct or corrosive vapors such as bleach.
   c) In locations exposed to vibrations or shocks.

3. In order to prevent the Massager from damage, please comply with the following items, otherwise, improper use will result in the loss of warranty services:
   a) Because dust and direct sunlight reduces the life of the Massager, please do not place the Massager in an environment of high temperature, unclean, damp, full of water vapor, or direct sunlight. Please refer to the specification table for details. If stored and used outside the specified range of temperature, humidity, and atmospheric pressure, the system may not be able to achieve the claimed specifications.
   b) Please do not firmly fold the massager.
   c) Please do not disassemble the Massager.
   d) Please do not allow the Massager to be subjected to strong impact or vibration (for example, drop the Massager on the ground).
   e) Please do not use volatile liquid to clean the Massager. Please use soft and dry cloth to clean the outer shell.
   f) Clean the massager with a soft dry cloth. Do not use any abrasive or volatile to clean the massager.
   g) Please do not use water to clean or moisten the skin contact, and when necessary, absorbent cotton dipped with 75% medical alcohol can be used to wipe it gently, so as to conduct disinfection.
   h) Drop, collision and bending, etc. may reduce the performance of the battery; if the battery is found abnormal, such as packaging damaged and battery pack deformation, etc. do not use these batteries.

Troubleshooting tips

Disposal Treatment Statement

The product manufacturing date can be seen on the nameplate of the massager, and the product life is 3 years.
WARNING: Do not throw away batteries with uncontrolled daily waste.

CAUTION: Dispose of the massager, components, and optional accessories according with applicable national or regional regulations. Unlawful disposal may cause environmental pollution. The marking in this manual that the batteries in this product should be disposed with household trash at the end of its working life. If the batteries are not disposed of properly, the substances included can cause harm to human health and the environment. Please follow environmental laws and guidelines for proper waste disposal.

Certificate

The manufacturer submits the massager samples to a third-party laboratory for testing. And the laboratory tested the product provided by the applicant according to the follow test methods and pass. According to the test results, the product conforms to RED Directive (2014/53/EU) issued by the European Commission. It is possible to use CE marking to demonstrate the compliance with the directive.

Limited Warranty

The massager, is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship appearing within 6 months from the date of purchase when used in accordance with the instructions provided with the massager, the shell fabric is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship appearing within 3 months from the date of purchase when the massage is used in accordance with the instructions provided with the massager. The above warranties extend only to the original retail purchaser.
We will, at our option, repair or replace without charge any unit covered by the above warranties. Repair or replacement is our only responsibility and your only remedy under the above warranties. To obtain warranty service contact Customer Service for the address of the repair location and the return shipping and handling fee. Enclose the Proof of Purchase. Include a letter, with your name, address, phone number, and description of the specific problem. Pack the product carefully to prevent damage in transit. Because of possible loss in transit, we recommend insuring the product with return receipt requested.
