There is an Auto Program feature for fast no-key-press bulk programming, the board uses a modern FT232BM IC for the USB and has on-board firmware. No need for any external power supply, because the Hardware supply directly from the USB port.
Software
Compatible with 9x/NT/2000/ME/XP
Software accepts HEX files and has Program, Verify, Read, Blank Check, OSCAL and Fuse functions. Software tells you where to place the PIC you are programming.
