Q&A
Can I use the flash drive to download media files from iTunes, Amazon, Netflix?
No. Apple does not allow you transfer iTunes music and video files, or allow them to be downloaded by 3rd party apps, as they are DRM (Digital Rights Management) protected. But you can download them on PC/laptop/Macbook, and then copy them into the flash drive. Just plug and play on your iPhone/iPad.
Why can't I transfer a 4GB or larger file to the flash drive?
This is due to FAT32 limitation. Files larger than 4GB can NOT be stored on a FAT32 volume. Formatting the flash drive as exFATwill resolve this issue. Formatting a drive in exFAT Double-click on My Computer. Right-click on the flash drive or memory card, then select Format. In the File System list, click exFAT. Click Start. Click OK to start formatting.
How to do if the APP (idiskk max) crashes, kicks out or disconnects?
Delete the current APP from your iPhone/iPad and then go the Apple App store and re download and install the the APP (iDiskk max).
How to open the pictures of HEIC format on a Windows PC?
Windows does not currently support the new HEIF (.HEIC extension) file format. Due to this thumbnails are not generated for images and Windows will not be able to open images created with is iOS 11 camera using HEIF (.HEIC extension) If you would like to convert HEIF (.HEIC extension) file to JPEG, pis go to Apple iTunes to download a software to convert ii to be JPG for mat, search Mazing HEIC Converter or Apowersoft .
