ASSEMBLY
Hand vacuum cleaner
- At the back side of the hand vacuum cleaner, there is a slot to insert the battery A31. Insert the battery A31 into the slot as shown in picture B. The correct installation of the battery A31 is indicated by a click sound.
- Ensure the dust container A20 is attached to the hand vacuum cleaner A8.
Upright vacuum cleaner
Connect the floor nozzle A10 to the bottom part of the upright vacuum cleaner as shown in the picture C. The correct connection of the floor nozzle A10 is indicated by a click sound. Press the bend button A11 and bend the handle A1 to the upright position till you hear a click sound. Install the hand vacuum cleaner A8 into the space in the middle of the vacuum cleaner body.
Charging base
Insert the upper part of the charging base into the lower part as shown in the
picture D.
PARKING POSITION OF THE VACUUM CLEANER
- Put the vacuum cleaner into the parking position by placing the tip of your foot on the top of the floor nozzle A10 and with a simply forward movement of the handle A1 secure the vacuum cleaner in the vertical position. The latch located at the front of the elbow of the floor nozzle A10 will slide into the groove on the top cover of the floor nozzle A10.
- To release the vacuum cleaner from the parking position, place the tip of your foot on the top of the floor nozzle A10 and tilt the hand A1 backwards. The latch located at the front of the elbow of the floor nozzle A10 will slide out of groove on the top cover of the floor nozzle A10.
CHARGING THE VACUUM CLEANER
Place the assembled charging base A23 on the flat, dry and stable surface within reach of the power socket. Connect the connector of the power adapter A25 to the socket A24 at the back of the charging base A23 and insert the plug of the power adapter A25 into the power socket – see picture E. Or you can connect the connector of the power adapter A25 to the socket A7 in the hand vacuum cleaner A8 – see picture F.
Note:
Before charging, it is important the vacuum cleaner has been turned off and
has been tilted in the upright position.
- Once the adapter A25 has been inserted into the power socket, the vacuum cleaner will switch to charging mode and LED indicators A16 will signal the power level of the battery A31. A full charge requires approximately 3 hours. The actual charging time depends on the power level of the battery.
- Once the charging process is complete, all LED indicators A16 will be lit.
- When you finish cleaning and have cleaned out the appliance, place it back into the stand so that the battery can recharge.
- Keep the charging adapter plugged in permanently. The electronics in the appliance control the battery charging process and ensure that it is always optimally charged. When the battery is fully charged, the electronics interrupt the charging process and resume it when it is necessary to charge the battery again. There is no need to worry about wasting electricity.
- Disconnect the charging adapter from the power socket only in the event of a long term absence. When you return, plug it back into the socket so that the vacuum cleaner is again ready for use.
- If one LED indicator is flashing while vacuuming, the battery A31 is low and it needs to be charged.
Warning:
If all LED indicators A16 flash, the vacuum cleaner might be broken. In such
case, at first remove and re-insert the battery A31 a turn on the vacuum
cleaner. If the problem persists, stop using the vacuum cleaner and contact
the authorised service centre.
Note:
The power adapter can be stored at the back of the charging base A23.

- At the bottom part of the charging base A23, there is a dust compartment A27 where the knife is stored, and at the same time, it serves to catch dirt that do not have to be vacuumed after cutting of hair from the rotary brush. Remove the vacuum cleaner from the charging base A23 and unplug the connector of the power adapter A25 from the charging base A23. Turn the charging base A23 upside down, release the latches of the dust compartment A27 and remove the cover. Empty the content of the compartment A27 into the dust bin. Place the cover back and press it till you hear a click sound of the latches.
