Hanging Egg Chair Use and Care Guide

• Chihee would like to thank you for choosing this hanging egg chair. Here are some tips for using it properly.

LOOKING AFTER YOUR CHAIR

• When you’re not using your chair, be sure to store it with its cushion and pillow indoors.
• If your cushion and pillow get wet, let them dry thoroughly before putting them away, as this will prevent mould growth
• If you want to clean your cushion and pillow, wash it by hand only, with a mild detergent and without getting the cords and straps. Then let it air-dry.
• NEVER peel off the wicker, as this may cause damage to the whole structure of the chair and make it unavailable.

• You will find the instructions for use below.
• We recommend you comply with them to prevent any damage or injury duetoincorrectuse of your egg chair.

BEFORE EACH USE

CHECK YOUR EGG CHAIR BEFORE EACH USE:

To get the most out of your chair, before each use:

• Check for product wear before getting in it.
• Make sure the hanging kit is installed correctly, and firmly attached to the ceiling, wooden beam or other selected anchor points.
• Check that all the wickers are tight, and the chain link is functioning correctly.
• If you find a fault, or if some parts are damaged, stop using it.

CHOOSING WHERE AND HOW TO USE YOUR EGG CHAIR:

• Always make sure that the anchor points on which you install the attachment hanging kit are solid.
• Install on strong concrete walls or solid wood to ensure suspension safety.
• Please use the detector to locate a reasonable position before installation to avoid damage to screws caused by obstacles.
• Use appropriate installation tools, including drills, hammers, and wrenches, to avoid any components being damaged and ensure proper installation.
• Choose a flat place to set up your egg chair. Avoid slopes, stony ground and anywhere a fall could be dangerous.
• Do not use them in bad weather conditions (rain, storm etc).

Please refer to the hanging kit accessories list below to find each part and be prepared (if any accessory is missing, please contact us in time): 2 methods to install the suspension kit.

• After setting up the pad eye properly, use the Snap Hook to attach the chain, and the hanging kit is completed.
• You can flexibly use your chain as a sturdy extension that can be taken outdoors. With it, you can hang the egg chair on a strong horizontal branch in the garden.
• After your suspension kit is set up properly, use the snap hook to connect the chair and chain, place and fix cushions and pillows and begin to enjoy the wonderful feeling.

USING YOUR CHAIR PROPERLY:

• Your egg chair is designed to support a maximum weight of 150kg. Do not overload it, as it may get damaged.
• Do not use your egg chair for more than 2 people at a time.
• Avoid prolonged exposure of your egg chair to sun or rain.
• Check that you have no sharp or cutting object or item that could damage the wickers of the egg chair(trouser pocket rivets, keys, hair clips etc).
• Take off your shoes and settle into a sitting position in your chair: do not step onto it feet first.
• Sit down and move slowly and carefully in your egg chair. Don’t jump into your chair.
• This hanging egg chair is designed for use by adults. It’s not a toy and is not intended for use by children without adult supervision.
• Contains small parts, to avoid accidental injury, keep out of reach of children under 3 years old.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

• When disposing of the product, it should be recycled according to its classification.
