IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read these instructions carefully and retain them for future use. If this product is passed to a third party, then these instructions must be included.
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and/or injury to persons including the following:
- Only use this product for its intended use.
- Place this product on a flat and stable surface.
- The product is not a toy. Keep it out of the reach of children.
- Do not disassemble or modify this product. Refer all services to qualified personnel only.
- Only use this product with the supplied power adapter.
- Disconnect the power adapter from the power supply when not in use and before cleaning.
- If the external flexible cable or cord of the power adapter is damaged, it shall be replaced by a special cord or cord exclusively available from the manufacturer or his service agent.
- The light source of this luminaire is not replaceable; when the light source reaches its end of life the whole luminaire shall be replaced.
- Do not stare at the operating light source.

- This product is intended for household use only. It is not intended for commercial use.
- This product is intended to be used in dry indoor areas only.
- No liability will be accepted for damages resulting from improper use or non-compliance with these instructions.
Symbols Explanation

Before First Use
- Check the product for transport damages.
- Before connecting the product to the power supply, check that the @ power supply voltage and current rating corresponds with the power supply details shown on the product rating label.
DANGER Risk of suffocation! Keep any packaging materials away from children — these materials are a potential source of danger, e.g. suffocation.
Setup
Step 1:
Unzip the pouch (C) and remove the power adapter and cord (F, G).
Step 2:
Open the hook-and-loop fasteners securing the flaps on both sides.
Step 3:
To open, hold down the inside base with one hand while with other hand pull the side strap up. The back panel should swing down.
OR… place the studio on the floor and spread open until the back panel falls. Then place the studio upright.
Push the back panel back to secure the side walls.
Step 4:
Detach the front flap from the hook-and-loop fasteners located on the inner top of the studio.
Swing the front flap over and rest it on the top of the studio.
Step 5:
Detach the sweep from the hook-and-loop fasteners located on the inner top of
the studio.
Step 6:
To switch on the built-in LED lights, insert the DC plug of the power adapter
(F) into the DC socket (B). Plug in the power adapter (F) into the electrical
outlet.
NOTICE
The LED lights can be switched off by collapsing the studio or by unplugging the power adapter (F).
Step 7:
Place the object inside the studio. For best results place the object approximately 15 cm from the front. Place larger objects in the centre. Close the front flap for better lighting conditions.
NOTICE
If a larger object fills the studio, the front flap can remain open.
Photo-shooting
- Pictures can be taken ‘rom 3 front windows (A) or from the top (B). The front windows have a magnetic tape edge that attaches to a secondary magnetic strip to stay open.
- Adjust the exposure (brightness) to the desired level using your camera/phone.
NOTICE
Taking pictures through one window with the other windows closed improves
lighting conditions. Also, reflections are reduced on objects such as glass,
shiny plastic, jewellery and watches.
Put camera/phone into the studio if necessary to get closer to smaller objects.
NOTICE
Do not use zoom function on the phone’s camera — this may reduce quality of pictures.
Collapsing
Step 1:
Unplug the power adapter and cord (F, G). Fasten the sweep and the front fiap to their corresponding hook-and-loop fasteners.
Swipe the front flap over to top of the studio and fasten to the hookand-loop fasteners. Then remove all objects.
Fasten tha front edge of the sweep to its hook-and-loop fasteners located on the back corners.
Step 2:
Pull the back panel forward while holding the side strap with the other hand.
Allow the studio sides to collapse.
Fasten the hook-and-loop fasteners and place the power supply unit and cord
(F, G) inside the pouch (C).
CAUTION
Holding the side strap to prevent the top of studio free-falling.
Step 3:
Use the carrying handles (D) to carry the 3 studio over the shoulder or with one hand. The side handle may also be used for carrying by hand.
NOTICE
The knuckle protection pad/ pocket beneath provides an extra comfort when
using the side handle. Pocket may also fit business cards or other small
items.
Cleaning and Maintenance
WARNING
Risk of electric shock! To prevent electric shock, unplug the product
before cleaning.
WARNING
Risk of electric shock! During cleaning do not immerse the electrical parts
of the product in water or other liquids. Never hold the product under running
water.
Cleaning
Clean the inside and outside fabric with a dry or wet cloth, and allow to dry sufficiently before storing ‘0 avoid mould or staining. Do not allow chemicals to come into contact with the sweep. Chemicals such as make-up and soda might stain the sweep.
All natural soaps are preferred. Do not use heavily dyed soaps to avoid colour shift in white materials, and avoid soaps with abrasive chemicals to avoid damaging the fabrics.
Storage
- Store the product in its original packaging in a dry area. Keep away from children and pets.
Maintenance
- Any other servicing than mentioned in this manual should be performed by an professional repair centre.
