Aluminum Type-C Docking

Explanation of Symbols
This symbol stands for “Conformité Européenne”, which means “Conformity with
EU directives”. With the CE marking the manufacturer confirms that this
product complies with applicable European directives and regulations.

- This product is intended for household use only. It is not intended for commercial use.

Product Description
- A USB Type-A 3.0 ports with 1.5 A Charging
- B 3.5 mm audio socket (microphone/headphone)

Before First Use
- Check the product for transport dam3ges.
- Remove all the packing materials.

Risk of suffocation! Keep any packaging materials away from children – these
materials are a potential source of danger, e.g. suffocation.
Connections
Connecting the power adapter(s)
- This product has two power sour:e inputs. The first source is via USB-C port for Power Delivery (PD) 3.0 ID). The alternate source is the DC input socket (E). It requires at least one for the product to work properly.
- Connect the USB Type-C port of 3 PD power adapter (not included) to the USB Type-C port of (D) of the product; or connect the DC jack of a DC power adapter (not included) to the DC input socket (E) of the product.
- Connect the power adapter(s) to socket outlet(s).
NOTICE
- For the DC input socket, use a 20 V (75 W or above) power adapter.
- This product supports 100 W Power Delivery charging for the host computer and the product’s pow-,r requirements (15 W).
- With both power sources connected to this product, if the active power source is unplugged, the alternate one will power the docking automatically. The connected devices get disconnected for a few seconds and then reconnect automatically.
- If the product’s power relies solely on the host computer, its USB-A and USB-C ports cannot work.
- This product works with host computers that support the DisplayPort Alt Mode (DP Alt Mode) by way of the USB Type-C connector. The host computer interfaces via the DisplayPort (F), VGA 15-pin socket (H), HDMI port (G) ports of this product to the corresponding displays.
NOTICE
Risk of data loss! Do not disconnect from a computer or USB device during data
transfer. Doing so may corrupt your data or damage connected devices.
NOTICE
- A USB 3.0 cable is required for USB 3.0 connections.
- The total output of the 4 USB-A,) and A) and 1 USB-C (C) ports is 12W (5 V 2.4 A). The USB port with 1.5 A Charging (A) can deliver up to a maximum of 7.5 W (5 V 1.5 A).
- This product is backward compatible and is designed to work with older USB versions including USB 2.0 and USB 1.1.
Video Connection
This product supports triple video outputs simultaneously of a maximum resolution of dual 1080 p/60 Hz, or triple 720 p/60 Hz under the MultiStream Transport (MST) mode: DisplayPort. HDMl and VGA.
NOTICE
- To set up the multiple display mode and select monitor resolutions, go to the display setting of the relevant Operating System. The set-up procedures vary with the OS.
- If the host computers run on a Ma( OS that does not support the MST mode, connect only 1 monitor at a time.
- When using multiple video outputs, 1 monitor may not display properly if the resolution of the other monitor has been set so high that it uses up the total video bandwidth of 10.8 G. In that case, lower this resolution until the problem is resolved.
- The 0isplayPort (F) supports OP++ which enables the connection from this port to an HDMI display via passive DP to HDMI cable.
Ethernet connection
- Connect an Ethernet device to the R..145 Ethernet socket (I).
- Set the IP address manually if required.
Cleaning and Storage
NOTICE During cleaning do not immerse the product in water or other liquids. Never hold the product under running water.
Cleaning
To clean the product, wipe with a soft, slightly moist cloth.
Never use corrosive detergents, wire arushes, abrasive scourers, metal or sharp utensils to clean the product.
Storage
Store the product in its original packaging in a dry area. Keep away from
children and pets.
