SAFETY INFORMATION
To reduce the risk of serious injury, read and follow the safety instructions below before assembling and using this product.
- This product is intended for indoor use only.
- This product is not designed for commercial nor industrial usage.
Warning
- Check all nuts and bolts periodically for tightness.When required, tighten them.
- DO NOT leave children unattended near this product.
- Keep the product on level surfaces.
- The product could become unstable and it may tip over if stored or moved on an uneven surface, which may cause personal injury, death or product damge.
- DO NOT alter this product in any manner. For example, do not weld external bar locks or attach electrical equipment. This may cause product damage or personal injury.
- Any assembly or maintenance of the product must be carried out by adults only.
- Use at least two people to move, assemble or install this workbench.
- Failure to do so can result in personal injury or product damage.
- DO NOT stand on the product and do not use it as a scaffold.
Extension cord
- Only use a three-wire extension cord with all three prongs intact. Never remove the round grounding prong.
- Extension cord must be connected to a 125Volt GFCI protected outlet with proper ground. If GFCI outlet is not available, use an extension cord with GFCI protection built in.
- Check the insulation and plugs of extension cord before using. Do NOT use cord if it is worn or damaged.
- Do NOT overload extension cord.
- Remove extension cord from the hole before moving or transporting storage cabinet.
- Do NOT connect extension cord to outlet that also supplies critical safety equipment with power.
- Make sure the power supply cord is unplugged before any servicing or cleaning.
Electrical shock hazard
- Do not plug cord into outlet with wet hands.
- Do not use this tool cabinet near a bathtub, a shower, or a swimming pool.
- Workbench plugs must match the outlet.
- Never modify the plug in any way.
- Do not use any adapter plugs with earth (grounded) chest power strips.
- Unmodified plugs and matching outlets will reduce the risk of electric shock.
- Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded surfaces. There is an increased risk of electric shock if your body is earthed or grounded.

ASSEMBLY
NOTE
- Do not tighten all the screws before the step 6.
- Assemble on a flat surface. A piece of cardboard is recommended to keep the product from being scratched during assembly.
Step 1: Attach the beams
- Attach the leg (A) and leg (B) to beams (C) with 8 pcs MB x 20 Inner hexagonal at head bolts (BB).

Step 2: Attach the wood top
- Place table top (D) facing down on a flat surface with comer labels facing upward. Use soft moving blanket or packaging material to protect the top during assembly.
- Align the legs with the corresponding positioning labels and install the legs (A&B) & beams (C) on the rubber wood top using 20 pcs MS x 15 phillips head tapping screws (AA).

Step 3: Attach the table stiffener
- Attach the table stiffener (E) to rubber wood top (D) with 6 pcs M5 x 15 Phillips head tapping screws (AA).

Step 4: Install the guide rails
NOTE
- There are 8 pcs positioning labels for assembing the draw on the top board, you can assemble the guide rail and the draw on the left or right of the table according your available.
- Pay attention to the direction of drawer extend when assemble.
- Align the positioning labels, attach the guide rails (F) & (G) to rubber wood top with 8 pcs M5 x 15 phillips head tapping screws {AA). “L” mark on the guide rail (Left) {F) and “R” mark on the guide rail (Right) (G).

Step 5: Install the triangular supports
- On the back of channel / guide rail, attach the triangular supports (H) to legs (A)(B) and beams (C) with 8 pcs M6 x 16 Inner hexagonal at head bolts (CC).

Step 6: Assemble the drawer
- Fold up the three sides of the drawer plate(J) along the dotted line(referred to the following fig).
- Attach the drawer front with handle (I) to the drawer plate (J) with 12 pcs M4 cap nuts (EE) (cap nuts point outwards) and 12 pcs M4 x 6 phillips head screws (DD).
NOTE: Pay attention to the direction of folding.

Step 7: Attach the hook
- Attach the hook (L) to leg {B) with 2 pcs M6x16 Inner hexagonal at head bolts (CC) and MS hexagon nuts (FF).

Step 8: Insert the drawer
- Pull the slides and slide carrier out until fully extended. Put the PVC mat {K) in the drawer. Hold the slide on the drawer while aligning it with the slide on the plate.Slightly insert one side and repeat for the other side.Slowly push the drawer until it is fully closed to engage slide.
NOTE: The MAX. bearing of draw is 50 pounds, please don’t exceed of the weight loaded.

OPERATION
Step 9: Adjust the level of table
- Easily leveled with its height-adjustable leg pads.Rotate the pad to the suitable position and lock with the corresponding nuts(M12) by the 19mm spanner.
Step 10: Adjust the height of table
- Adjust the position of screws by the 13mm spanner to acquire Suitable height.
NOTE: Adjust height of table range is from 30.94 in. to 38.82 in.
Step 11: Placement of power plug
- The power plug is hung on the hook through the rubber grommet.
DRAWER/ POWER STRIP REMOVAL
- Removing the drawer: Fully empty and extend the drawer. Push up the release lever on the left drawer slide while pulling down the other release lever. Pull the drawer outward until it is released from the slides.
- Remove the power strip (1): Unscrew 1 pcs M4*1 O cross flange bolt (2), 1 pcs M4 flat washer(3), and 1 pcs M4 hexagon nut (4), push the power strip (1) in the left direction and take it out.

MAINTENANCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
MAINTENANCE
- Check all nuts and bolts periodically for tightness.
- When required tighten them.
CARE AND CLEANING
- Periodically clean the workbench surfaces with a soft rag and water.
- Grease and oil can be removed with most standard cleaning fluids. For safety, use a nonflammable cleaning fluid.
