OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

+ To raise: Using the slotted opening at the end of the handle, tum the release-valve clockwise to lighten it. And then put the jack under the load to be lifted. Turn the adjustable screw rod until it contacts with the load, Put the handle in the pressing handle holder and press up the down; the piston rod will rise slowly lull the specified range is reached.

+To lower: Remove the pressing handle. Using the slotted opening at the end of the handle 1um the release-valve slightly counter clock wise to loosen it. And then the piston rod will move down slowly. When loaded. the release- valve should not be timed quickly, otherwise too speedy lowering will lead to danger.

BE SURE ALL TOOLS AND PERSONNEL ARE CLEAR BEFORE LOWERING LOAD, DANGEROUS DYNAMIC SHOCK LOADS ARE CREATED BY QUICKLY OPENING AND CLOSING THE RELEASE VALVE AS THE LOAD IS BEING LOWERED THE RESULTING OVERLOAD MAY CAUSE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FAILURE, WHICH COULD CAUSE SEVERE PERSONAL INJURY AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.

FOR SAFETY$ SAKE

Lifting weight should not exceeded the specified duty of this jack. (Max. watch box) The bottom of the jack should always be placed on the leveled and hard ground.
The contact between the top and the lifted body must be perfect.
Without a supporting rack, it is not allowed to work under the lifted heavy body after it is raised.
When several jacks are used together, the raising speed should be coincident with each other and the duty of each should be balanced, otherwise the danger of topping over \’.ill happen.

ROUTINE MAINTENANCE

Proper quantity of oil should be maintained, otherwise the specified lifting height would not be reached.
When in operation, the jack should be seated in rectangular angle with the lifted heavy body, and to avoid piston and screw top cracking no crookedness should be allowed.
To avoid damaging, the jack should be kept from shocking while in operation.
The jack is not allowed lo stand an one side or upside down.
This product is not suitable to the operation environment full or acid alkaline corrosive air.

Adding oil

  1. With saddle fully lowered and pump piston fully depressed. set jack in its upright, level position. Remove oil filler plug.
  2. Fill until oil is level with the filler plug hole, reinstall oil filter plug.

Changing oil

For best performance and longest life , replace the complete fluid supply at least once per year.

  1. With saddle fully lowered and pump piston fully depressed, remove the oil filler plug.

  2. Lay the jack, on its side and drain the fluid into a suitable container.
    Note: Dispose of hydraulic fluid in accordance with local regulations

  3. Fill with good Quality jack oil. Reinstall oil filler Plug. We recommend Mobil DTE 13 or equivalent.

Lubrication

  1. A coating of light lubricating oil to pivot points axles and hinges will help to prevent rust and assure that wheels, casters and pump assemblies move freely.

  2. Periodically check the pump piston and ram for signs of rust or corrosion.
    Clean as needed and wipe with an oily cloth.
    NEVER USE SANDPAPER OR ABRASIVE MATERIAL ON THESE SURFACES.

  3. When not in use, store the jack with pump piston and ram fully retracted.

  4. DO NOT ADJUST THIS VALVE
