When using this product, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of injury including the following:

• For replacement instructions, refer to the user manual of the air purifier.
  Incorrectly replaced filters might hamper the purification process.

• Use the product only as a replacement filter for a dedicated air purifier.

• Do not soak the filter in water or other liquids.

• Do not exert an excessive force on the filter during installation or cleaning. Doing so might lead to filter deformation and might hamper the purification process. t Early replacement of the filter is recommended if it shows any of the following conditions despite periodic cleaning:

• Heavy dirt is present

• Serious damage or deformation

• Bad odours

Intended Use

]This filter is intended to filter the odours and fine airborne particles such as pet dander, dust mites, and pollen.

Before First Use

DANGER Risk of suffocation!
Keep any packaging materials away from children and pets -these materials are a potential source of danger, e.g. suffocation.

• Remove all the packaging materials.
• Check the filter for transport damages.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Cleaning the filter

• For optimal functioning clean the filter every 2 weeks.
• Use a vacuum cleaner or a soft brush remove the dirt from the outer side of the filter.

Replacing the filter

Filter must be checked for function and wear at regular intervals. Replace the filter:

• In every 6-8 months depending on the use and environment.
• If you experience increased operating noise, decreased airflow or increased odour level.
  NOTICE I Depending on the environment (level of air contamination), and the selected operation mode, the filter may degrade considerably early. Look for early signs that filter might need replacement.

Storage

• Store the product in its original packaging in a dry area. Keep away from children and pets.
• Store the product clean and sealed in a plastic bag.

Disposal

Dispose the filter accordingly to the local regulations at specified disposal facilities.
The filter can be disposed together with household rubbish.
