Note:
The consumption and time will NOT be monitored and counted when:
- your device is on standby or not working;
- the rated power of your device is smaller than 0.2 watts.
Display Screen Illustration
- Screen Top displays: Power(W), Voltage(V), Current(A), Frequency(Hz), Power Factor, Max Power(W), Max Current(A), OVERLOAD.
- Screen Middle displays: time, total time, total consumption, total cost, Tarriff 1 start time, Tarriff 2 start time, Tarriff 1 unit cost, Tarriff 2 unit cost, CO2 consumption per KWh, total CO2 consumption.
- Screen Bottom display: energy consumption chart.
Function Keys Introduction
- RESET Button: Reset all data and settings when the LCD display abnormally or other buttons can’t work.
- HISTORY Button: (I)Press repeatedly, and switch between DAILY/WEEKLY /MONTHLY data comparison chart display. @Switch the digit setting position, the unit of tariff 1/2 and the start time.
- ENERGY/+ Button: Press repeatedly, and adjust the value displayed at the top of the screen to choose the monitoring mode. @When setting some values, raise the value(+).
- COST/- Button: CilPress repeatedly, and adjust the value displayed in the middle of the screen. @When setting some values, decrease the value(-).
- SET/OK Button: (I)Switch between Tarrif 1 and Tarriff2 Confirm.
Set the TIME
- To set the time to divide the dual tariff, press the “COST/-” button repeatedly, until screen middle displays as below.
- 12/24H adjust first, press “HISTORY” and “ENERGY/+” button together for 3s:
- Long press “SET/OK” for 3s, the digit will be flashing.
- Press “HISTORY” to select the digit position, then press “ENERGY/+” or “COST/-” to adjust.
- Finally, press the “SET/OK” button to finish.
Set the DUAL Tariff Mode
- Press the “COST/-” button repeatedly, until the screen middle displays as below.
- Long press the button “SET/OK” until “TARIFF l” flashes.
- Press the”+” or”-” button to switch between “SINGLE TARIFF” and “DUAL TARIFF” mode.
- Press the “SET/OK” button to finish.
Set the DUAL TARIFF
Before setting, please confirm the monitoring mode you have selected, single
tariff or dual tariff.
- Press the “COST/-” button repeatedly, until the screen middle displays as below.
- Long press “SET/OK” for 3s until “TARIFF l” flashes.
- Press the “HISTORY” button to start setting the unit of TARIFF 1.
- Press the “ENERGY/+” or “COST/-“button to adjust the value of the rate.
- Press the “HISTORY” button to switch to the next position of the rate value that needs to be set.
- Press the button “SET/OK” to end the TARIFF 1 rate unit setting and enter the setting of the start time.
- Press the “ENERGY/+” or “COST/-“button to adjust the value of the start monitoring time.
- Press the “HISTORY” button to switch to the position of the time value that needs to be set.
- If you have selected DUAL TARIFF mode, press the button “SET/OK” again to enter the setting of “TARIFF 2”, then please repeat the operation of 1) /2) /3) /4) /5).
- Finally, press the button “SET/OK” to end the setup and start running the corresponding program.
Note:
The unit price range: is 0.00 COST/KWh~ 99.99 COST/KWh, and the currency unit
defaults to the local currency(£). For example, you may set 0.21 for £0.21 per
Kwh rate of electricity in your area.
Power Consumption Display
At the bottom of the screen, the energy consumption in the last 7 days/ 7
weeks/ 7 months is displayed as a graph. A bar corresponds to the value on the
right. (Example: 1 BAR= 1 KWh) To check the energy consumption, press the
“HISTORY” button to switch between DAILY, WEEKLY, and MONTHLY. The screen
bottom displays as below.
Note:
The initial setup: 1 bar = 1 KWh, if the real power consumption is too big to
display by lKWh, it will change.
Turn the Backlight ON
Press any one of the buttons, the backlight switches on immediately for 10.
Set the OVERLOAD Value
With this function, you can set the overload value (in Watts), when this value
is exceeded, the screen will show “OVERLOAD”.
- Long press the “ENERGY/+” button until the screen top displays as below.
- Press “ENERGY/+” or “COST/-” to set the value, and press the “HISTORY” button to switch to the next position of the value that needs to be set.
- Press the button “SET/OK” to end the setup.
Note:
The initial parameter of the system is 3680W.
Attention
- After pressing any one of the buttons, nothing displays on the screen, or if you use it for the first time use or have not used it for a long time, you may need to plug it into a socket for battery charging.
- If no data is displayed on the screen, the power meter may be in a no-voltage condition, check whether the power meter is powered on.
- If the cost is wrong, check whether the time for dual tariffs and the start time are set up incorrectly. Try again.
- If the LCD screen shows abnormal or the function keys can’t work after pressing, you could use the pin included in the package to press the “RESET” button to reset the power meter.
