Mikado (Pick-up-sticks game)
This interesting pick-up-stick game requires peace, concentration, and much more skill to play the game.
To start you put all the sticks in one hand and place your fist on the table so that the sticks are standing up. Then you open your fist suddenly and all the sticks fall on the table in a circle. If it was a really bad “throw” it is allowed to go again. Now you try to pick up the sticks one by one with your fingers without moving the rest of the sticks. By pressing down one end of a stick you can lift it in a quite secure way. If you lift up the “Mikado”(stick with blue spiral) you can use this to help lift up the other sticks. If one of the remaining sticks moves while picking up one, the next player starts. The number of rounds should be set before starting the game. Add the points of every round, and the player with the most points is the winner.
