❖ When heating the massage gun or the charging port, the massage gun must be turned off immediately and the supplier must be contacted directly.
❖ If there is a burning smell from the massage gun, immediately switch off the device disconnected from any adapters and keep the device away from hot places. Switch turn off the device immediately! The lithium-ion battery, charging port or adapter may be burned out and this can pose a fire hazard! Contact the selling party directly.

– Only use the device for the stated purposes. SANBO is not liable for the consequences of using the massage gun for a purpose other than that indicated.
– Use the massage gun indoors and avoid humid/sunny environments.
– Misuse of the massage gun can lead to personal injury and/or injuries.
– Misuse of the massage gun can lead to damage to the device.
– In case of damage or disagreements to the massage gun, switch off the device and consult it service team. Do not use the device or attempt to repair it yourself.
– Use the massage gun for private use.
– Do not leave the massage gun unattended when it is turned on.
– Check the device and battery carefully before use.
Persons & Use
– The device is NOT suitable for children/persons under the age of 18.
– The device is NOT suitable for people with physical/mental disabilities. Should one If a limited person still tries the item, this must be done under supervision become!
– Keep the massage gun out of the reach of children. Do not allow children to use the device to play!
– DO NOT use the device after surgery/intervention when the skin is weakened.
– DO NOT use the device for more than 3 minutes (180 seconds) in the same place without it some movement. This can cause muscle overload.

– DO NOT use the device on sleeping/unconscious people.
– DO NOT use the device on the same area for too long. Avoid overload.
– DO NOT fall asleep while using the device.
– If you have complaints/pain while using the device, stop massaging IMMEDIATELY. Consult then your doctor or physiotherapist.
Electricity
– DO NOT disassemble the massage gun.
– DO NOT repair or repair the device yourself.

– An adapter from another brand with a different mains voltage can pose a fire hazard!
– Keep the device out of sunlight.
Other
– Choose the right attachment for the right muscle. More information about the attachments and the percussion therapy of the muscles can be found in the manual, with our partners and in the SANBO APP.
– Using the wrong attachment for the wrong muscle group can cause injuries.
– Do not use the device in combination with oil, ointment, lotion, etc.

MAINTENANCE & GENERAL INFORMATION

General information
No maintenance work needs to be carried out on the massage gun. However, serve loose parts of the gun must be checked and cleaned before and after use in order to achieve the best service life and functioning of the device.
You may only carry out cleaning work on the device. In case of malfunctions or If you damage the device, you must not repair it yourself, otherwise you will lose all warranty claims.
Ask your specialist dealer for advice and only have repairs carried out by an authorized repair center carried out to avoid risks.
Do not immerse the device in water or other liquids.
If moisture has accidentally entered the device, do not install the device back to the charger.

Storage

Store the SANBO Massage Gun in a dry, clean and safe place. Keep out of reach of children and/or  animals. Do not store the device in dusty places or at extremely low or high temperatures.
Recycling – Disposal of device Environment
At the end of its life, do not throw the device away with your household waste! The device must be handed in at the end of its life cycle to a government designated person collection/environmental point to properly recycle the device and the lithium-ion battery. In case of damage or wear and tear of the product, an electronic specialist should look at whether the item should be repaired to be returned to the seller. Never just throw away electronic devices!
Indicated symbol indicates that the product and batteries are not with normal household waste may be thrown away because it contains substances that are harmful for environment and health. You can gather information from local authorities about special places for Small Chemical Waste (K.C.A.), where used batteries and/or products can be returned.

Check whether the contents of the packaging correspond to the corresponding packing slip at the time of receipt. Massage Gun Specifications

USER INSTRUCTIONS – HOW TO USE?

The following disclaimers must be adhered to at all times to avoid personal injury prevent:
DO NOT use the device on a wet or greasy (read: smeared with oil, ointment, etc.) body!
DO NOT use the device on weak and/or sensitive parts of the body. Stop immediately if you experience pain with massaging!
DO NOT use the device on the following parts of the body: head, neck, organs,
bones or in places where the body naturally provides insufficient protection (e.g. intestine).
DO NOT use the device after surgery or medical treatment/Procedure.
Follow the usage instructions below step by step for the best and most efficient operation the PRIME Massage gun:

1. Place the device on the charger before use and check the components!

2. The included adapter should light red. This is an indication that the device charges. When the charger lights up green, the massage gun is fully charged. Remove the charger from the power network. Please note: Only use the supplied one for charging SANBO adapter.

3. Select the desired attachment and place it on the massage gun. It Attaching/disconnecting the attachments is simply possible by means of the pulling/pressing the attachments into the massage gun. Make sure the massage gun is turned off and hold the massage gun by the handle with one hand, while with the other hand pull on the attachment to disconnect it. Then you can use the other attachment press it and confirm it. A “click” sound should be heard.

4. Press the power button located on the back of the massage gun to switch on the device start.

5. The massage gun is started by pressing the power button once.
   The button can then be pressed several times to switch to the speed settings. The massage gun can be activated by holding down the button be turned off. Finally, the massage gun also stops massaging when all six stages have been completed.

6. Select the correct setting as desired and gently start massaging. Note: DO NOT start immediately with the highest setting and do not immediately press hard on the muscles. The muscles are the not yet used to percussion therapy and applying intense and direct pressure can lead to injuries!

including an explanation of attachments, the massage and duration. There is also an E-Book available in which all information regarding percussion therapy is presented in a clear manner explained. The easy-to-use layout makes it easy to create different types choosing massages and following different routines. In addition, there are several features to broaden the user’s knowledge and thus become more self-aware of the proper massage techniques.

The device/battery is not fully functioning or not charging properly.| Turn off the device and then place it on the charger until the light glows green. Restart the device and test it out.
The device is not charging.| Turn off the device and place it on the charger. Check that the charger is working properly and that the light is on. If not, then there is a defective charger. Please contact customer service.
The massage gun makes a loud noise.| Check whether all parts are still present. Gently shake the massage gun to hear if a screw has come loose. If this is the case, please contact the service team for repair.
The attachment cannot be replaced.| Check that the attachment is not broken/torn. Possible cracks in the attachment ensure that the handle can no longer be attached to the click mechanism of the massage gun. Please contact customer service.
