A4. a For windows laptoput is plug and play Please check if the security on your network that was preventing the docking station from establishing a connection, And take the ethemet off of OHOP and set it to manual only, and also, not on Automatic location but a fued location. b.For Maclincik needs to be set up as follows: System Preferences Network Click to create a new service Select USB 10/100/1000 LAN- Create Application (Click on the applica- tion to show USB USB 10/100/1000 LAN Green connected successfully). Q5: Why does the product get a little hot?

Q6: Why is there no audio output from HDMI port?

A6: 1. Please make sure that is audio output func tion on the monitor 2. Please set the external monitor as default audio output device. (Windows users: START SET- TINGS SYSTEM-SOUND then change output/ma- COS users: System Preferences>Sound Output then change production)
