Q6: Why is there no audio output from HDMI port?

A6: 1. Please make sure that is audio output func tion on the monitor 2. Please set the external monitor as default audio output device. (Windows users: START SET- TINGS SYSTEM-SOUND then change output/ma- COS users: System Preferences>Sound Output then change production)

07 Can I connect my Apple SuperDrive to the hub?

AB No, some devices such as the Apple SuperDrive look for Apple-specific signaling and will not work when connected through any USB C Hub
