PS5 Setting or PS4 Setting

Ensure the LOCK/UNLOCK switch (16) is set to unlocked.
Plug your joystick into your console.
Press the PS button (8) to initialize the joystick.
If you would like to change the player assignment, press andhold the PS button (8).
Note: PC compatibility is not tested nor endorsed by Sony Interactive Entertainment.

How do I initialize the joystick?
To initialize the joystick, plug it into your console and press the PS button (8).

How do I change the player assignment?
To change the player assignment, press and hold the PS button (8) after initializing the joystick.
What is the purpose of the LOCK/UNLOCK switch?
The LOCK/UNLOCK switch (16) is used for tournament mode. Set it to unlocked for normal usage.
How long is the wired USB cable?
The wired USB cable is 2.7 meters (9 feet) long.

Turn on your PlayStation®4 console or PlayStation®5 console.
Use the COMPATIBILITY switch (15) to select the appropriate PS5™ setting or PS4™ setting.
Ensure the LOCK/UNLOCK switch (16) is set to unlocked.
Plug your joystick into your console.
Press the PS button (8) to initialize the joystick.
Press and hold the PS button (8) if you would like to change the player assignment.

LOCK/UNLOCK Switch (Tournament Mode)

To enable tournament mode, slide the LOCK/UNLOCK switch (16) to the locked setting.
In a competitive setting, players may choose to disable these buttons:
- CREATE button (SHARE button for PS4™ consoles) (11)
- TURBO button (10)
- PS button (8)
- OPTIONS button (7)

MODE Switch

The Sanwa lever (2) can be toggled between three unique control modes:
- Directional Pad (DP)
- Left Analog Stick (LS)
- Right Analog Stick (RS)
Slide the MODE switch (14) to toggle between the three unique control modes.

MUTE Button

˜When the 3.5mm headphone jack (6) is not used, the MUTE button (12) has no function
˜When headphones are connected to the 3.5mm headphone jack (6), the headphone’s microphone can be toggled between two unique control modes:
- Microphone active (default setting) – MUTE button LED off
- Microphone off – MUTE button LED on
˜Press the MUTE button (12) to cycle between the two unique control modes

TURBO Button

Each of the eight Sanwa buttons (3) can be toggled between three unique turbo modes:
- Turbo Off – LED off (default)
- Push for Turbo – LED flashing red when button pressed
- Auto Turbo – LED always flashing
Press the TURBO button (10) and the unique Sanwa button (3) at the same time then release to cycle between the three unique turbo modes.

Qanba Lever Access Hole

The level access hole provides access to the Qanba lever screw connected to the ball top.
Turn the Qanba lever access hole (17) cover counter- clockwise and remove to gain access.
Replace the Qanba lever access hole (17) cover and turn clockwise to close the access hole.

Do not keep joystick in hot climates such as the trunk of your car in summer heat for prolonged periods of time.
Do not stack other items on top of joystick.
Retain the instruction manual for future reference.
