Cosco 2525 Simple Fold High Chair User Guide

- Adult assembly required.
- READ all instructions before assembly and use of high chair.
- KEEP instructions for future use.
CAUTION:
- Keep small parts away from children during assembly.
WARNING:
FALL HAZARD: Children have suffered severe head injuries including skull fractures when falling from high chairs. Falls can happen suddenly if child is not restrained properly.
- ALWAYS use restraints, and adjust to fit snugly.
- Tray is not designed to hold child in chair.
- Stay near and watch child during use.
- The child should be secured in the high chair at all times by the restraining system. The tray is not designed to hold the child in the chair. It is recommended that the high chair beused only by children capable of sitting upright unassisted.
- DO NOT lift or move high chair with child in it.
- NEVER use near stairs.
- Remove all contents from packaging and discard box, and/or poly bags.

Tool needed for assembly: Phillips head screwdriver. DO NOT use power tools.
Before Assembly: Wipe down trays with a soft cloth and warm soapy water.

To Assemble
- Unfold: Pull cloth-covered seat away from legs to release lock. Continue to rotate seat up and back to unfold frame **(Figure 1)

Feet: Align both tab and screw hole on each foot with holes on lower leg. Secure each foot to lower leg using screw provided (Figure 2).

Footrest: Slide footrest onto high chair frame until pins “click” into place and pin protrudes through each hole (Figure 3).
TIP: Squeeze pins while sliding on footrest. -
Tray: Depress side handles underneath tray and slide tray onto arm rests (Figure 4).
Using High Chair

Using Restraint System:
Place child in the seat with the crotch strap between the child’s legs and fasten both buckles ( Figure 1).
Adjust straps (at three buckles) to tighten snugly such that you can comfortably slide your finger between the strap and your child (Figure 1a).
NOTE: Squeeze to release buckle.
WARNING:- Always secure child in the restraint belt. Adjust to fit snugly

Tray:
To adjust: Depress side handles and slide tray forward or backward for adjustment (Figure 4 above).
To remove: Depress side handles and pull tray out completely.
High Chair Care and Maintenance
High chair, seat pad and tray:
Wipe with soft cloth dampened with soapy water and towel dry. Restraint and
crotch straps should be surface washed and air dried only. Seat pad is non-
removable.
