Interface
Before use, please pay attention to the interface and button of the camera

Note
Reset button: Long press to restore the camera to factory settings.
Operation
Download the APP
- Tips 1: Scan the QR code.
- Tips 2: Search for “iCSee” in the App Store and download it.
Turn on
Use the power cable to connect the camera to the power adapter and turn it on,
as shown in the following figure.
Note
If you need local storage, please install the memory card first and then turn
on the device (the memory card does not support hot swapping, so insert and
remove the memory card when the device is turned off).
Camera setup
User login
- Connect your phone to Wi-Fi.
- Open the iCSee app, register an account and log in (Figure 1).
Quick setup
- After logging in, click the “+” button (Figure 2).
- Click “WiFi Camera” (Figure 3).
- Set the network configuration according to the voice instructions of the camera and the step-by-step guide of the APP interface. When the camera issues a “Connect router successfully” prompt, it means the camera has successfully configured the network.
Note: If the camera does not beep for a long time, You can press and hold
the camera’s reset button until you hear the message “Restore factory
settings, do not turn off” and release it to reset the camera to factory
settings and then set up the network.
- Once the network configuration is completed, follow the instructions on the APP interface to set the password and camera name.
- After configuration is completed, the device appears in the device list interface.
Click to open the real-time preview screen and perform relevant operations and settings (Figure 4).
Introduction to the live screen interface
Works with Alexa
- The camera supports Alexa. Follow the steps below to connect ICSEE to your Alexa account and operate.
Login to your ICSEE account add a camera, then click on “Me” You will see “Voice and other third-party services”.
- It will show amazon alexa, click on it and you will see the login page.
- Log in to your Amazon account and click Allow, then the devices under your ICSEE account will appear. Choose the device you want to pair and send.
How to reset your camera
- Please turn on the camera first. Wait a minute for the camera to rotate and perform the self-test.
- Rotate the camera lens upward. The reset button can be seen near the SD card slot.
- After 5 seconds of pressing the reset button, a beep will sound and the camera will self-test and reset.
FAQ
Q: How does the camera store videos?
A: Local TF card storage, maximum support up to 128G TF card, and will
automatically delete previous videos when it is full or you can choose cloud
storage.
Q: What should I do if I forget my password?
A: Reset the camera to factory settings, then you can set a new password.
Note: The device password implies the security of privacy, please keep your password safe.
Q: What to do if the camera is not connected or offline?
- Check whether the power of the camera or the network of the router they are normal.
- Connect the camera’s power to reboot the camera.
- Restore the camera to factory settings.
Q: Are the products compatible with 5G networks?
A: If you use 5G router, 5G, and 2.4G WiFi use the same hotspot as the
connection (SSID is the same), and you can connect directly. If they are not
the same (xxxxx-2.4G, xxxxx-5G), Connect Wifi to the xxxxx-2.4G hotspot before
connecting the camera.
