QA:

Q1: How to reset the bulb?

A.If the bulb doesn't have installed. Turn on ( 1s )---> off ( 2s )---> on ( 1s )---> off ( 2s )----> on ( Wait for 5s ). And then the bulb will rapidly flash ( 2 times per second ). B.If the bulb has been installed. Click “•••->Device Management->Remove Device” in the page “Home”, the bulb will flash after 5 seconds.

Q2:-Can the bulb be used under 5GHz Wifi?

--The bulb only supports connection to 2.4GHz network, not 5GHz

Q3:-Can the colour be set to cool white?

-Yes, you can adjust the colour to cool white in the colour settings in Smart Life or the Tuya App.

Q4:-How to investigate problems if I can not connect the smart bulb?

A.Please check if the bulb is powered on properly. B.Check if the phone is connected to WIFI and if your bulb is connected to the same WIFI as your phone. C.Ensure the WIFI can access to internet. The only bands that support WIFI are 2.4Ghz or 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz coexistence. D.Check if the bulb is rapidly flashing(on 0.5s and off 0.5s) before you add bulb. E.Make sure the WiFi password enter in App is correct when adding device. F.Please do not use bulb outside WiFi range and metal container where can block WIFI signals

Q5: How do I connect multiple bulbs on one switch?

A.APP can discover multiple bulbs, but only one bulb can be connected at a time, requiring multiple clicks to connect. B.The bulb will blink for 3-5 minutes, the successful pairing bulb will stop blinking and connect.

Q6:How to activate the music mode of the light bulb?

A. Turn on the music in the phone connected to the bulb B. B.The light will dance with the music in the phone

Q7:The power of the bulb is cut off then the power is restored, will the light bulb turn off or remain on?

-The bulb has no a power failure memory and when the power is restored, the bulbs will be on. So you should pay more attention to a power failure
