Interface

Before use, please pay attention to the interface and button of camera.

Note:
Reset button : Long press to restore the camera to factory settings.

Operation

1. Download the APP
Tip 1: Scan the QR code.

2. Power on
Use the power cord to connect the device to the power adapter and turn it on as shown in the figure below.

Noticed:
If you need local storage, please install the card first memory, then turn on the device (the memory card does not support hot swapping, please plug and unplug the memory card when the device is turned off).
3.Camera setup
01. User login

• Connect your phone to WiFi.
• Open the iCSee application, create an account and log in (Figure 1).

02.Quick setup

• After successful login, click the “+” button (Figure 2).

• Click “WiFi Camera” (Figure 3).

• Set the network configuration based on voice prompts from the camera and step-by-step guide of the APP interface. When the camera transmits a prompt “Connect router successfully”, this means the camera has configured the network successfully.
  Note: If the camera does not emit a prompt sound for a long time period, you can press the reset button on the device photo and hold it until you hear the prompt “Restore factory settings, please do not power off” and release it to factory restore the camera. settings, then configure the network.

• After successfully configuring the network, follow the instructions instructions on the APP interface to set the password password and camera name.

• Once setup is complete, the device is displayed in the device list interface. Click to open the real-time preview screen and perform relevant operations and parameters (Figure 4).

5. Works with Alexa

• The camera supports Alexa. Follow the steps below to link ICSEE to your Alexa account and operate.

Log in to your ICSEE account, add a camera, then click me, you will see Voice and other third-party service

It will show amazon alexa click on it and you will see the page connection

Log in to your Amazon account and click Authorize, then the devices under your ICSEE account will be displayed. Choose the device you want to pair and send.

After binding successfully, it will appear as bleow. And now, your Alexa app would find the device.
First say “Alexa, open smart camera”, then say “show my camera”, you will see your camera on Amazon devices like Echoshow/Echo dot.

6. How to reset the camera

• Please turn it on first. Wait a minute for the camera to turns and self-tests.y self-compruebe.
• Turn the camera lens upward. The button reset is visible near the SD card slot.
• After 5 seconds after pressing the button reset, a beep will sound and self-test and reset will be heard.

FAQ

Q: How do cameras store video?

A: Local TF card storage, maximum support up to 128G of TF card, and it will automatically delete the previous video when it will be full, or you can choose cloud storage.

Q: What should I do if I forget the password?

A: Restore the camera to factory settings, then you can set a new password. Note: Device password implies security confidentiality, please keep your password safe safe place.

Q: How to do if the camera is not connected or offline?

A: 1. Check if the camera power or router network is working Normally. 2. Plug in the camera power to restart the camera. 3. Restore the camera to factory settings.

Q: Are the products compatible with 5G networks?

A: If you are using a 5G router, 5G and 2.4G WiFi use the same connection access point (the SSID is the same), you can connect directly. If they are not the same (×××××-2.4G, ××××××-5G), Please connect WiFi to ×××××-2.4G hotspot before connect the camera.
