Product Usage Instructions
Creating a New Account
If you do not have an account yet, you can register for an account by following these steps:
- Click on “Create New Account” and read the privacy information on the APP.
- Click on “Access” to go to the registration page.
- Enter your email address to receive a verification code.
- Complete the registration process.
Connecting the Camera
To connect the camera to your device, follow these steps:
- Touch “+” or “Add Device” to add a new device.
- Select “Security & Video Surveillance – Smart Camera (Dual Band)”.
- Enter the name and password for your 2.4GHz or 5GHz wifi network and click “Next”.
- Scan the QR code displayed on your phone in front of the camera lens.
- When the camera emits a voice message, click “Listen to the message”.

Search Smart Life in the APP store or Google Play or scan the QR code below to download it.
Register/Login with an existing account
Registration
If you don’t have an account yet, you can register for an account. Click
“Create New Account” and read Privacy Policy on the APP, click Agree to enter
the registration page and enter your email address to get the verification
code for complete the registration.
Sign in with an existing account
If you already have an account click on “Sign in with existing account”
- system automatically selects the current country/region or you can manually select the country/region.
- Enter your registered email address, enter your password to access the APP.
Add devices
QR code connection
Tips : The devices support 2.4GHz Wi-Fi lines and 5GHz. And the WIFI password must not contain special characters, e.g. !@#$%^&*() during the setup, bring your phone and devices as close as possible. Turn on the camera, you will hear “Wait for wifi config”. If you didn’t hear anything, kindly restore the camera to factory settings.
- Tap “+” or “Add device” to add a device
- Tap “Security &Video surveillance” – Smart Camera (Dual Band)
- The default is QR code and click ” Next step”.
- Enter your name and password 2.4GHz or 5GHz wifi, please click on “Next”
- Scan the code QR displayed on the phone in front to the camera lens; when the device issues a message voicemail, click on “Listen to message”.
- The APP will start to connect to the nearby devices
- When the connection is successful, click “Done
Connection in WI-FI mode
- Tap “+” or “Add device” to add a device
- Tap “Security &Video surveillance” – Smart Camera (Dual Band)
- Select WI-FI mode, touch “Next step”
- Select EZ mode
- Enter your name and password 2.4GHz or 5GHz wifi, click on “Next”.
- The APP will start to connect to the nearby devices
- When the connection is successful, click “Done”
