Product Usage Instructions
Care Instructions
Spot clean only. Dry flat. Do not bleach, iron, or wring. Fully dry the insoles before turning them on.
Battery Care
After the battery is used up, charge it within 24 hours to maintain its life and startup. Turn off the product when not in use to save power. It is recommended to fully charge the battery during storage (charge it at least 3 times per month).
Operating Instructions
- Read the instruction manual carefully before using the heated insoles.
- Operate the heated insoles under the correct guidance.
- If you feel uncomfortable while wearing the insoles, take them off immediately.

Cleaning Instructions
The front and middle parts of the insoles can be washed. Wipe or scrub the battery port as much as possible. Do not soak the insoles in water.

- Turn off the insoles before charging them.
- Plug the two charging cable plugs into the USB port on the back of the insole.
- When charging, the red light will be on. After approximately 3 hours, the red light will turn off.
- Do not charge the insoles while they are powered on.

About Battery

Operation Instructions
Key operation on the insole buttons
- a. When putting in the shoes, press the insoles ” “button for 3 seconds.
- b. After turning on, press the button on the insole to adjust the temperature.
- Press “H” =High temperature(Red light), about 131-149°F;
- Press “M”=Medium temperature(Yellow light), about 122-131°F ;
- Press “L”=Low temperature (Green light),about 104-114°F;
- c.Turn-off:Press and hold the insoles on/off “ “button on the insole for 3 second.
Estimated Heating Time
- Red Light-Highest temp ( 55 -65°C/ 131-149°F ,5.5-6 hours)
- Yellow Light-Medium temp ( 50-55°C/122-131°F ,7-8 hours)
- Green Light-Lowest temp ( 40-45°C/ 104-114°F ,10-11 hours)
- Charging And Working Time
- Please turn off and recharge it.
- You need to plug the two charging cable plugs connected to the charger into the USB port on the back of the insole.
- When charging, the red light will be on.
- After about 3 hours, the red light will be off.
- Note: It is FORBIDDEN to charge when POWER ON.
About Cleaning
Because this product has a built-in lithium battery, it can’t be soaked in
water and not allowed to be soaked in water. The front and middle part can be
washed, and the battery port should only be wiped/scrubbed as much as
possible.
It is forbidden to soak in the water.
